庫拉帕拉馬塔公寓(Kula Parramatta)

The property is clean, safe, good sizable bedrooms, nice kitchen and secure carpark. Beds and linen were fantastic. I did not like the lounge sofas; they are very low and uncomfortable. My unit had no pan for collecting rubbish after cleaning the unit. Overall fantastic, I recommend trying Kula Properties when visiting Sydney.

Fantastic accommodation. A proper home that my kids absolutely loved and wished we could stay for much longer. Close to public transport; a 2 minutes walk to the bus stop and 3 minutes bus ride to Parramatta train station. Within 45 minutes we were at Circular Quay. Also, Westfield shopping centre Parramatta is under 20 minutes walk. We'll definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location. Easy walk to public transport and shopping center. Excellent communication. Unfortunately, cleanliness was not up to standard and maintenance in the apartment was lacking. General rubbish issues throughout the apartment building and especially the garage/basement areas were not pleasant. When contacted the customer service was quick to apologise and make amends in writing - will see if this comes to fruition and changes are made....

The apartment itself was great, there was a couple of things that brought it down like bathroom fittings not attached properly, noise travelled through the front door easily and only having 1 main aircon in the loungeroom meant that the loungeroom would have to be super cold to feel cool air around in the bedroom. The kitchen however was great and beds were comfy too which was nice.

It's difficult finding a pet friendly hotel, so when I found this place it was a no brainer. I really regret this decision, I wished I had paid more and stayed elsewhere it's been an awful two weeks lodged next to the bin room apartment full of flies. It's a great option for the price, it's great having underground secure parking, washing machine and kitchen and smart tv, but unlike the reviews the place isn't spotless , my apartment was actually a bit grubby, also just so many random things were off like the bedroom blind was broken so I could never have natural light, when I layed on the bed there were weird holes in the ceiling, and basic things like no aircon or fan in the bedroom and no can opener or bottle opener and really minimal washing powder and dishwashing tabs etc provided , was at Coles every day. The real issue was with the lack of onsight management, which is where I think the low cost comes in, constant disturbances, I reported one but the manager was such a gaslighting little weasle that I don't bother with the others, having no one on site means it's just non stop banging, crashing, screaming, honestly I think the first four days I had were an anomaly, the rest of the time it was so awful. Also things like the garage door broke, it's a bit of a rough area, asking them to come and close it was met with...we'll lodge a ticket, meaning literally anyone can just wander the halls of the building. Customer team are somewhat responsive but it's a dodgy operation.

It is the perfect family unit and since only a 15 minute walk from Westfield mall in Paramatta made it all the more better. Also, close to train station, service station. Check in was no hassle especially when traveling with kids where flights delay, etc so we didn’t keep anyone waiting. Apartment was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities required to live in comfort. Very highly recommended.

Apartment was clean, everything we needed was in there. Couple of minor issues, Aircon filters were clogged, they have a BBQ area but no BBQ there. Would stay again

Constant door slamming by fellow residents was extremely annoying and disturbing. The back yard area was continuously drenched and essentially unable to be used as a play area. A was king drying rack for the unit would have been appreciated as would a plug for the bath. On a positive note the unit was immaculate and well laid out.

Really awesome apartment, had everythibg we needed and was in the perfect location for us. It was modern, clean and tidy and the hosts were very helpful and friendly.
