北亨丁頓-歐文希爾頓歡朋套房酒店(Hampton Inn & Suites North Huntingdon-Irwin)

stayed here for 2 nights. My first night I found the shower body wash bottle to be empty ( would think these are refilled after every room cleaning). the next morning I told the lady at the front desk if this could be filled by housekeeping and she assured me they'd take care of it. Upon returning to my room a few hours later, bottle was still empty. House keeping never showed up. Kind of an inconvenience but when you (the hotel) pride yourself on the "little things that matter", I would want to make sure even the smallest of things, like body wash, is filled for your customers so they can at least enjoy a shower.

Always have liked Hampton Inn and stayed at 3 different ones in the past two weeks. Breakfasts are getting skimpier, towels are getting smaller. Miss the pictures in the elevators--those are gone too. Service is always excellent.

Hotel was great and our room was extremely spacious! They had a big group of softball kids staying so the hotel was busier than usual so breakfast was kind of picked over. Overall hotel was great and staff was extremely friendly. Oh and there was a gentleman that was constantly clearing the garbage cans and cleaning the common areas which in my opinion really made a huge difference in the most positive way.

While this was a perfectly good hotel for the two nights we were in the area, we were spoiled having come from a recently renovated, and much nicer, Hampton Inn in State College the night before we arrived. Our room was a standard two queen beds, and the bathroom was fine, but we had a bit of a problem regulating the a/c to find just the right temp without the unit running all night. Breakfast was ample, but not very inspiring - a sort of folded egg omelet, sausage one morning and potatoes the other, area to make waffles, limited pastries, some fresh fruit. Coffee and hot water were available in the lobby 24/7. Staff were pleasant but not very welcoming. Just an average hotel.

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. From the size of the room we stayed in to the cleanliness of everything to the wonderful breakfast we enjoyed and even to the fitness center, everything met or exceeded our expectations. We will gladly return for future stays.

The staff was so courteous and our room was very quiet. The breakfast staff was also very accommodating. The only suggestion is new carpeting or stretch out the existing carpeting, but the room was very clean.

Room smelled like a wet dog. Bed sheet didn’t fit the bed so it constantly came off leaving you to sleep on the mattress pad. I’m sure they don’t change them out.

Clean. Spacious. Friendly staff. There was no soap in the shampoo, body wash bottles. Nothing to wash up with. Luckily I brought my own stuff.

This my 2nd or 3rd time staying here. I had an issue with *******, the staff was so awesome getting it resolved. They really went above and beyond. The room are always very clean.
