Not Breakfast!! No water bottles!

Todo esta bien. Solo que la limpieza la acen cada tercer dia

The stay itself was good. Being charged $20 for a bottle of water in the room that was marked at $5 is a bit irritating.

We stay almost every year at New Years, always a great stay, comfortable, clean and lots to do in the area.

If I am ever in Allen again, I would stay here. Taylor, who checked me in, was friendly and welcoming. My room was ready early…and by early I mean by 3 hours! The bed was super comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was incredible. Location amazing…walking distance to shopping and tons of food choices. I didn’t eat at the bistro or use any of the amenities so I can’t comment on those things. But everything else was perfect!

We hardly saw staff. we needed blankets for pull out at 9pm and no answer on any phone line and no one at front desk. them checked back 30min later no one answered call and found someone downstairs. by this time it took 1.5hrs to get bedding for pull out and then it was only sheets

My husband and I stayed here this weekend and it was perfect. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and kind. They showed us great hospitality and an example is when we first checked in i asked for extra towels and when my husband and I went to get our bags they had put the towels in our room without us having to wait. Answered all my questions and letnus know ahead of time if there were any events happening and there was. We will definitely be staying here again. The best plus about it is I am a smoker and the balcony really came in handy instead of having to go downstairs so many times

We were there for a hockey game and we were able to walk to the game. Nice clean room. Only negative thing(not really that bad) towels were small and thin.
