Wingate by Wyndham Frisco

I stayed for 2 nights, my experience was ok, Walmart is a bit far from the hotel so I had to walk a long way.

The reservation was supposed to be for Colorado not TX and ******* refused to provide a refund or change the reservation to Colorado. They stated the hotel refused to provide a refund or a transfer. But the hotel claimed ******* could do so. I’m so disappointed in the lack of compassion and care. Y’all are messing with my mental health!!!!

Unfortunately this was not a good experience. The staff was a hit and miss. Some were professional, courteous, and obliging, others were not. Carpet was damp until we complained and they brought a big fan to dry the floor instead of offering a new dry room. The mattresses were lumpy and saggy. Breakfast was extremely limited and of less than average quality. All vending and ice vending machines are out of order except for one.

We checked in the bathroom door was busted and duck taped back together. Their was other guest personal belongings left in the room and there was hair in the bed.

Everything was fine until I needed some ice. The machine was unable to produce even 1/2 of the bucket. Also for breakfast, there was not enough food put out for the amount of people that were eating breakfast. One more thing, the hot water on the bathroom sink never warmed up. I had to brush my teeth in stark cold water… and I have very sensitive teeth. I had to retrieve water from the tub in order to brush my teeth.

They went in my Room & Removed ALL My Belongings including Food in the refrigerator, did NOT want to compensate me for My items lost and/or the inconvenience. Referred to it as a Miscommunication between hotel staff.
