Loved it, great place! I will be back 100%

This is rather an old hotel. My room had a VCR and microwave with turn knobs. Everything was old, and the room smelled. On the plus side, it reminded me of the song "Hotel California" which was still stuck in the early 1970s.

As advertised, very basic room. Shower and toilet were below par. The rooms had a toxic chemical smell that was quite unpleasant and did not diminish in time. This made all who stayed here feel uncomfortable and unwell.

We booked Maxwells for lunch and were looking for accommodation close by. It was a great choice, staff at lovely, very clean, room was massive, and walking distance to restaurant and the pub.

This was an ideal base for our short stay and wine and food discovery in McLaren Vale. While the property is a little dated, it was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Little touches such as a dark-coloured face washer for makeup removal in the room by the sink and a leafy communal area to sit and have a drink outside made all the difference.

We had the deluxe room with the spa. Really large clean room. We would recommend and will definately stay again.

Our girls chose this property especially for the pool. They never left it. I also appreciated the clean BBQ areas and amenities including outdoor TV.

The swimming pool hr access was great. Cleanliness of the bbq And all faciaities . Open dining area outside with cover was very relaxing. Awesome freindly staff

Kids loved the pool. Dishes and cutlery in the room needed washing before use, coffee plunger was dirty. Apart from that lovely room to suit a family.
