Muy buen hotel,nuevo con dos años de vida,el desayuno un poco cortito

Esta propiedad esta en una buena localizacion y es segura. Hay que caminar como algunos 15 a 20 minutes para llegar a Provenza y se encuentra en una zona residencial. El hotel es muy tranquilo, seguro, y limpio. El staff es muy amable y siempre hacen lo possible por agradar al cliente. El desayuno es excellent y variado. Restaurante es muy bueno y la comida la hacen muy rapido. Existen muchos lugares para comer y la applicacion Rapits es excellent para buscar opciones de comida y comprar viveres. Recomiendo este hotel por: seguridad, buen trato al cliente, limpieza, amabilidad, cercania a centros comercialies y lugares de comida. Metedo de transporte recomendado es UBER. Si llega al aeropuerto puede tomar el UBER el en segunto nivel, cualquier terminar.

En general, todo muy bien... la recepción súper atenta, tuvimos early-check-in, que para una estadía de 1 día fue sumamente conveniente. Habitaciones cómodas, amplias, bien iluminadas. El único reparo es que en el área de trabajo (escritorio) no había ni un solo tomacorriente.

El Hotel es muy bonito y moderno, aparte de que puedes llegar caminando desde Provenza (Zona de Rumba) ubicado en una zona segura. El personal del Hotel es lo mejor de todo. Muy recomendado el lugar y creo que se regresar a Medellín, repetiría.

La habitación estuvo bien. Al llegar hubo un detalle y era un pelo largo sobre la cama, pero el impasse fue rápidamente resuelto. Lo que definitivamente me molestó fue a la hora del desayuno la mala actitud del equipo del restaurante a mis solicitudes. Desde que llegué a desayunar pedí unos huevos fritos, me tomaron el pedido no con la mejor actitud, luego pedí café y tuve que repetir mi pedido varias veces para q me llenaran mi taza. Al final mis huevos fritos no llegaron y el mesero simplemente me dijo q la comanda se había caído al piso.

Hotel maravilhoso. Atendimento incrível, funcionários gentis e solícitos. Quarto excelente. Café da manhã muito bom. Restaurante e bar muito bons com preços bons também.

hotel was very clean and still quite new as of may 2023, the breakfast buffet had some warm food, pastries, cereals and fresh fruit. staffat front desk spoke english and honestly if your looking for an affordable, clean hotel with air conditioning stay here. we used cabify rather than uber and the rides cost $2-$4, also walking distane to parque llearas and provenza, took us about 10 mins going down. forget walking back up though, too steep. just pay for a $3 uber.

This is a decent hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood. Staff are the best part but the facility's management isn't doing them any favors (see below). Also, it's a long hike down (and then back up!) from the hotel to any of the local restaurants so you either get a taxi or walk - we walked but you have to be in shape to manage the hills and you're subject to weather. The rooms are spacious and clean, but lack the amenities you'd expect for the price point. They don't provide: bathroom doors, bathrobes, slippers, wash cloths, soap dishes, or ironing equipment. Breakfast is a buffet of pre-prepared foods that are basic. There's little ambiance - the lighting reminds you of an interrogation both, the music is awful, and there are up-charges for anything beyond basic coffee or tea (want a latte? you pay). We also saw signs of poor maintenance - the doors on the two public bathrooms adjacent to the eating room have non-functioning locks (one was on backwards so you could be locked in, the other just didn't work). During our stay, we stopped in to several other hotels that were better located near shops and restaurants, some with great rooftop lounges and views. This could be a better hotel, and the staff deserve more attention from its owners and managers.
