The room was dirty and cold: the floor was so gross that it left our feet black. They had the air conditioning set to 50* so it was freezing when we got there. It was warm outside, we understand that, but the room didn't need to be set at 50*. The bed was horrible: the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Both beds had springs that would jab you when you would move. The bathroom: The sink wouldn't drain, it took forever to go down. You had to slam the bathroom door to get it to close. The water wasn't very hot. You had to have the hot on the way to make the water decent.

Check in was fast and easy, staff was friendly and helpful. The room was extremely cold and super small. The ac was on full blast and could not be turned off and the heat was turned off, the constant blowing fan sounded like an airplane in the room. The room was so small you could barely walk without bumping furniture, there were only 2 of us and it was not enough space. Needs are old masks noise and have springs poking you all night. The pool is closed and the pad lock has clearly been there a long time. Also our toilet did not flush and this was not discovered until after my son dumped a grump... the sea felt safe to walk dogs at night but i will not recommend the rooms here.

Check in staff was strange, manager was nice, cleaning lady was nice, beds were comfortable. Pool never opened. No coffee in room. Very limited toiletries in room. Very very noisy. Police were patrolling area looking for someone. Very affordable.

Check in was fast & easy, room was clean and there was a nearby trail/creek to walk the dogs.

I have stayed here many times while traveling to Medford. Always a great experience. No complaints here.

The room they gave us, smell like a dead rat. When i woke up in the morning, i had headace beacause of the smell….sorry to say but i’m not satisfied. Not like the first time we stayed, its really good. Not this time…..its really poor

My room was VERY hot when I checked in. I would guess about upper 70’s maybe even 80 degrees. I’m usually comfortable around 68-73 and when I opened the door it was like a sauna and smelled like cigarettes, badly (non-smoking room). It was so late from driving 8 hours I decided to prop a window open and call it a day. It made me nervous for the night because a guy watched me unpack my car at midnight from the balcony of his room and didn’t stop watching me even when I kept giving him this look that I was uncomfortable. So propping the window wasn’t ideal and the fan switch in the room was broken so there wasn’t any other way to make the room more comfortable and smell better. The guy who checked me in was great and very helpful. I didn’t know where to park my car with the trailer and he made me feel like my car/trailer would be safe where he showed me to park it. So this review is about the room condition not the service.
