哈里斯亞前線酒店(Frontel Al Harithia Hotel)

Good hotel but need renovation, furniture and carpet look old.

Hôtel proche de la mosquée (porte 329) facilitant surtout l'accès pour les femmes. Service à la réception très bien nous avons pu avoir notre chambre à 10 h 30. Le Nettoyage de la chambre laisse à désirer, l'aspirateur de la moquette n'a pas été fait, et des odeurs dérangeantes sortent de la canalisation des toilettes. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très maigre pour un hôtel 5 étoiles: Vienoiseries immangeables, absence de jus d'orange naturel, les mêmes plats sont proposés chaque jour, pour les fruits disponibles uniquement trois pastèque melons et pamplemousse. Cerise sur le gâteau l'hôtel déploie une troupe de serveurs pas pour servir les gens mais pour les surveiller contre toute volonté de prendre avec eux un sandwich dans leur cartable quitte à faire appel à la sécurité et devant toutes les personnes présentes dans le restaurant.

Not a 5 star hotel. The room was really dirty. Hazard, sockets were loose. The wires had tape around them. The housekeeping were rude. I asked for 2 more bottles of water as we only had 2 in the room and there were 4 of us and he wouldn’t give it he said we have some in the room, when I told him we only have 2 he asked me how many people were in the room so I told him 4, then he gave me 2 more. It can get really busy namaz times at the lifts but then most of the time the lifts would have signs saying out of service. Breakfast was standard. The only thing is it was close to the haram.

Visited with my husband and two children aged 15 and 10, along with my parents and my grandmother. We had two connecting rooms and this was perfect for us to be able to have plenty of room but also easily spend time together. The hotel is located within a 5 minute walk of masjid Al Nabi and we were very impressed with it. Check in was smooth and painless. Our room were ready and in the correct configuration. They were clean, modern and spacious. The staff were all pleasant and big shout out and appreciation to all the cleaning staff, very hard working and thorough. The WiFi was fast and easily accessible. There was plenty of storage space, the bathroom was well appointed, there was a safe and a fridge. Basic toiletries were provided as well as a hairdryer. Breakfast was included and we really enjoyed the variety and especially the Karak chai at the end. There is an omelette station, pancakes, pastries. Hot and cold buffet. Lots of cakes and yogurts, fresh fruit. Again the staff very pleasant and helpful. We did not eat any main meal at the hotel. It was quite pricey, we did have ice creams and snacks from the cafe on the ground floor. The lifts were plentiful but did become very busy during namaaz time which is understandable. The staff did try their best to ensure some level of organisation but sad to say some of the guests really lose all sense of decency. Both here in Madina and in Makkah I am amazed at the complete lack of simple courtesy or repect for ladies or children. Even people in wheelchairs being shoved and pushed. Not the hotels fault, I simply mention it so generally people can be aware. It is located in an ideal location near to the ladies gate and we found it to be a good location for shops and restaurants also. Would be happy to stay again.

Amazing staff at all levels nothing is too much trouble along with the location to Haram and all amenities close by Hotel breakfast is well catered for at all levels and from our visit last year they have increased it further. The rooms have mini fridge bathrooms have toiletries rooms are cleaned daily The reason for a 4 star is 1.bathroom needs updating 2. Guests eating in hotel reception/ lobby why ? When you have a room it’s very unprofessional it’s not cleaned up attracts flies not a place you would like to sit and relax in evening as it’s taken up guests eating and their rowdy which is a shame as it’s such a lovely reception area if hotel was to allow guests to eat besides room then on the table and chairs in the cafe area Where are the guests suppose to sit in evening when sofas are occupied with guests eating?????

The cleaning service was great. Hotel room was clean and was very close to haram and continent. The door frame seemed to be damage at some point and it was difficult to close the door unless you let it slam. It was impossible to get room service. Given the limited food options due to COVID, it would have been nice to be able to get room service but there was no information about it in the room. The numbers reception gave us were unanswered. A woman kept calling our room on the first day while we were trying to rest asking if we spoke Arabic. We asked her to stop calling but she kept calling until we had to turn the ringers off on all the phones.

Location is good. Staff reasobable. Facility poor. Not 5 star hotel at all. Maximum 3 stars. Not very clean. I waited for 30 minutes or more for luggage to be taken. Food not great. Very basic breakfast. The food preparation id not great. In summary i will not stay in the hotel again unless changes occure

The hotel is very nice and clean. Also, it has good location near from alharm alnabawi and it is in center of the city.

This is a three-star hotel at the most. There is no queen bed even though they advertise it; they put two twin beds together and call it queen without even changing the mattress!!!! Reservation team is either not familiar with ******* or they don't do their job correctly; when i arrived, they said you don't have a reservation even after I showed them the confirmation number.... They then asked me too call ******* to verify; i said what!! Then in an unprofessional way, the front desk gave me a phone number for the reservation department ( their own) and ask me to call them even though they are in the same hotel..!!!!! Long story short, don't book this hotel in here without calling them. In term of the rooms, you can see some cheap details and very bad maintenance. You can see the cheap toilet papers like you're in a cheap hotel.
