The hospitality from staff member Pumpum was excellent. He is the most experienced in this hotel and I know him from last 2 years.His behaviour is very polite and cordeal to us although we visit from every year from kolkata.

The Chris**as lunch we ordered was excellent. Chef Rajib is really very good. The meals he made were awesome...everything we ordered, Rajib made it perfectly. And it was timely delivered and served even though there were so ***y items we ordered from the menu Highly recommending their services . Thank you Polo Orchid

Friendly and courteous staff. Neat and clean environment. Serene location. Delicious food. It is one of the best hotels to choose from in Tura, Meghalaya. As it is in a well connected area, it is a good choice.

One of the Worst hotel in Tura. My stay at this hotel was a disappoin**ent. I paid Rs. 5000/- for a one-day stay, but the room quality was poor, the staff was unresponsive, and the service was extremely bad. The food was subpar and overpriced, and booking through other websites was troublesome. Maintenance issues, high laundry costs, and limited breakfast options added to the frustration. I can't recommend this hotel; it's better to opt for a more budget-friendly and hospitable homestay instead.

Best in Tura and thank you Rajib Hotel ka Chef very much for good 🍲 food. Hotel staff also very good and friendly and very helpful. Comparing other hotel very good. Room is with AC good and clean as well as bathroom too and for price it fits. Thank You for good service

EXCELLENT..THIS VERY EXCELLENT HOTEL..STAFF IS VERY POLITE & GOOD BEHAVIOUR..ALL MY EXPERIENCE IS GREAT..I will visit it again in Future , The entire property is well maintain an Especially Shiva Gurung he was excellent peraon very Polite and humble person .
