Het was even zoeken voor we het wat verscholen liggend riad in het oude centrum gevonden hadden, maar eenmaal aan de deur werden we gastvrij ontvangen en werd de door ons gekozen kamer geupgrade naar een ruime, luxere suite. De stijl van de kamer sprak me erg aan met de lemen wanden en de typisch marokaanse sfeer. De kamer is voorzien van een kluisje en een airco. Ook het ontbijt was prima in orde. Wel vonden wij dat het poetswerk iets beter had gemogen.

Riad molto molto carino, personale gentile soprattutto la signora che ci ha accolti non appena arrivati, parlava correttamente l’inglese ed il Francese, ci ha subito offerto del buon tè e ci ha fornito alcune informazioni. Stanza carina e pulita. Posizione del riad ottima, vicino al centro e dentro la Medina. Unica pecca ci dicono che la colazione è possibile effettuarla dalle 8 in poi, o nella saletta apposita vicino all’ingresso del riad o nel terrazzo, purtroppo abbiamo dovuto attendere fino alle 9.10/9.20 circa… non vi era nessuno se non altri ospiti come noi.

Quand tout se passe pour le mieux... Charmant riad ou l'accueil est à l'image des lieux. Décoré avec goût, les gérants ont su donnes à cet endroit un style épuré tout en restant local. Les chambres, la terrasse, on s'y sent bien. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Quand à l'emplacement il est optimal. Que rajouter?..... Essayez-le

Encantador hotel en medio de las callejuelas. Cuando vas llegando no te esperas este pedazo de oasis en medio de tanto bullicio. Agradable y comodo en cualquier estancia, Muy comodas las camas, la mas grande en la que he dormido en todo el viaje de una semana.

The staff who work there are extremely kind and helpful. The Riad itself is more modest than we had imagined from the photos, and would benefit from some Investment to improve its condition. The neighborhood within the Medina is entirely safe but also more run down than other areas within the Medina. Breakfast was delicious.

This Riad was very old. So please don’t expect good facilities. The room was pretty spacious but very dark. Internet was in and out. You can’t make online business meeting here. However staffs are so nice. The reason I gave 4stars, it is all about staff. They make our feelings so much better.

They had to close Riad Safir because of a Covid case and they took us to another riad from the same owner, a 4-star Riad El Yacout at walking distance. Excellent service.

Un vrai beau Riad à la décoration très élégante. Le personnel est vraiment très attentionné. Super accueil. Souad, Rafour et Imane ont tout fait pour que tout soit parfait. Petit déj de qualité. Bien situé, dans la médina. Parking à proximité. Rapport qualité/prix imbattable.

Nous avions réservé deux nuits au riad Safir et nous avons eu un accident de voiture grave. Nous avons envoyé la photo du véhicule au riad qui a immédiatement accepté d'annuler notre réservation sans frais. Leur comportement a été exemplaire et nous irons dans leur riad pour les remercier de ce comportement examplaire. Bravo!

Depois de mais de meia hora às voltas pelas ruas da medina (entramos pelo lado errado) chegamos ao Riad. Desde logo a nossa receção foi marcada por uma familiaridade fora de vulgar acompanhada pelo habitual chá de menta. Apesar de todo o edifício ser lindo, cheio de pormenores mágicos, nada nos preparava para o impacto da chegada ao quarto. Intimista, acolhedor, típico, organizado em sala de estar e quarto propriamente dito, marcadamente diferente. A climatização é excelente e a casa de banho oferece todas as comodidades. O pequeno almoço, servido no terraço, pauta-se por uma extrema qualidade. Queremos muito voltar
