Holiday Inn Express 孟菲斯醫療中心MIDTOWN(Holiday Inn Express Memphis Medical Center Midtown)

Carpet in hallways needed vacuuming. 3 of our 4 pillow’s had red spots on them. Not sure if it was blood or lipstick. The bed in room 238 was miserable. My side of the mattress dipped in a good 3 inches deep where my rear end would be. I had to stuff a pillow between the mattress and the fitted sheet to fill the spot. Not sure why this hotel has an 8.6. Other than convenience and staff it was awful. Will spend a little more next trip for a nicer hotel.

It was a small room and was very noisy. View out the window was a cement wall. Only 1 person could walk between the end of the bed and the dresser at a time. There was a major problem with our bathroom that water sprayed all over the sink area and on the floor when someone was in the shower. Many of our belongings got wet. The water wasn't coming from the tub and shower area. They did move us to a different room for the last night that we stayed and only charged us for 2 nights instead of 3. The breakfast was good but not always refilled. There were empty pans. Don't think we'll be going to a Holiday Inn Express again for a long time.

Double queen size beds room wasn’t ready at the 3:00pm check in time. The employees at the front desk said it was due to a large group that checked out that morning. I was offer a king size bed room, but that wasn’t adequate for my needs. The room that I booked wasn’t ready until after 4:00pm. It appears more housekeepers are needed to clean the rooms and to put in the system the rooms are clean and ready for guests to be checked in. Other than my room wasn’t ready at the check in time my stay was ok and the breakfast was good.

I’m disabled and booked a roll-in shower. There were no roll-in showers. I’m sick of booking rooms with roll-in shower only for the facility to not have met my NEEDS. I cannot climb into a regular tub, and if not a roll-in shower, I cannot take a shower.

Had to chsnge roons as one msttress was totally unacceotanle, then the a.c. heat sounded like a freight train. Endured it, but no return to this particular site again. Staff were great.

We had a great stay despite the weather. Check-in staff was friendly and breakfast was yummy with lots of choices. Location worked out great with close access to I-40.

Small room but a great stay. Friendly responsive staff. Good breakfast with reasonable hours: 7-10.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and normally it is very good for the price point. This time was awful! All the rooms are supposed to be nonsmoking, the room I was in smelled so badly of smoke that I slept with a shirt covering my mouth and nose. Not only that but the bathroom and tub were disgusting. Had I not arrived at 1:30am after a 13 hour drive, I would have gone to the front desk, but I was too exhausted to deal with it. The staff here are friendly and the breakfasts are great but I will think twice about staying here again when there are cheaper and hopefully cleaner options.

The stay was fine overall. The room was a little run down (scratchy bedsheets, chopping paint, etc), but the free parking and breakfast were nice to have. Overall fine for our one night stay
