機場舒適酒店(Comfort Inn Airport)

Good room, but no shuttle to airport.

Staff was great. Had small issue with beeping smoke detector. Battery was missing so it beeped. Staff took care of it right away. Room was clean. Other guest was coming in and out several times.Don.t get a room close to the exit door.

Rooms are clean and reasonably comfortable, but hallways are horrible, smell like **** and pee, staff is rude and lazy, but overall it’s all ok for this price

This is the most unprofessional staff I have ever spoken to. Very rude, very unprofessional, and definitely the last time I am booking here

The first room had a bad odor and the second had a noisy air conditioner. Breakfast was anything but memorable.

Was dissapointed. The toilet was dirty, the bed duvet ripped, the office chair damaged, the place had a very unpleasant odor in rhe halways and room. Definitely not like the standard of the other Comfort inn's that we have stayed in. This hotel is represented by the entire city of Memphis.

This property is in the airport areas and industrial park. The entire parking area is gated which is nice. There was garbage in the parking area. There was a front bumper of a car in the back parking area. The elevators smell like Greece. The breakfast was not that great and they do not refill the food very often. There was not enough food for all of the guests. I would not return to this facility.
