The owner is more than accommodating. Didn’t have a blow dryer in room and owner sent for a new one. Bed is more than comfortable. Walked in to one of the best smelling rooms I have ever stayed in. I stay in motels and hotels several times a month and this place you can’t say enough about its quality. Hard to change the outside of an old motel but they sure did a great job on the inside. If you going to Mena this is where to stay!

The owner who goes by "Pete" refuses to provide guests with proper liens and toiletries. The motel is infested with roaches, bed bugs, and black mold. There is also holes in the walls of most rooms. The hot water heaters run out of hot water constantly. There is constant activity coming and going in and out of most rooms. The entire motel appears to be under active construction with no real results. Very loud disrespectful quests. Multiple guests have been injured on the grounds including recently an elderly woman fell twice first time broke her arm, and then the second fall shattered the same broken arm. Owner kicked out a family because the husband/father suffers from epilepsy.

We were a little apprehensive when we drove up to the motel because it is old, but the room was nicely renovated. The heater kept us pleasantly warm all night despite below-freezing temperatures. We didn't hear a sound from other rooms next to us.

The beds were super comfy and the room was clean. They were also pet friendly which was super convenient.

This property is undergoing renovations and looked questionable on the outside. Our room, however, on the inside was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The property its self is under renovation at this time but not bad.

It looked nice from the outside. The first room that was actually reserved for us was nice, clean, recently remodeled. The floor was sticky. Made a noise when we walked on it. So the manager gave us a different room that was also nice. The floor in the first room probably needs to be *****ped & refinished. Something must have made the wax or finish start to dissolve & so was sticky.

This hotel looks very rough and parts are but I stayed in 106 and was really surprised. It was clean, fresh smelling and freshly renovated. The bed was comfortable it was quiet except for the semi with the Jake brake at 4:40am. The room had a new microwave and fridge with freezer. I was pleasantly surprised that the room had a smart tv so I was able to stream Netflix and Amazon. If I was a lady you might want to wait until they clean up the rest of the property but they are working on it. As a single guy that travels a lot I felt pretty safe. I normally stay in Marriott hotels mainly because they have smart tvs but I would stay there again. I hope they continue to improve on the property to make it look nicer. The people seemed very nice.

Rooms are not clean and there are cockroaches. Bathroom is not clean. Even though we opted for non smoking room, our room smelled of cigarette.
