I appreciate that the hotel is brand new and it was very clean. However, I will never stay there again. It was the loudest hotel I’ve stayed in and that is saying a lot. I didn’t sleep at all because if people walking around above us. You could hear people walking in hallways, you could hear toilets flushing, etc. Absolutely no insulation in the walls at all. Also, the breakfast ends at 9:30. Checkout is at noon and especially for a weekend, the breakfast should be served until later in the morning. Part of the draw of staying there was the included breakfast but my whole family couldn’t get up before 9:30 and ready to eat, so we missed it. Both the check in employee and the check out employee were not friendly and very cold/dry. Bottom line, clean hotel, but never again.

When we arrived our room was next to the open freeway. I requested a month in advance for a room not next to the freeway. I immediately called the front desk to request to be moved to another room and was told all rooms was booked. We checked in earlier enough to be moved to another room. We heard nothing but freeway traffic during our entire visit. And of course worse at night. I will never stay at this hotel again we felt like we were sleeping in our car and just pulled off the side of the freeway to sleep for the night. Never ever again will I stay at this hotel.

This hotel is fairly new and we enjoyed our stay. The staff were slightly rude and unhelpful, they accidentally charged my card 4 times at one point, but said the charges would fall off. At the end of my stay they said they couldn’t print my receipt but would email it to me, however I never received one. Not great customer service skills.

This property is conveniently located, central to food and shopping. The staff members were very nice and accommodating. We asked for a quiet room as one side of the hotel faces the highway and the other side faces the high school football stadium (Friday night). We got a room facing the highway but the windows sealed out any sound! Beds were comfy and pillows were abundant. Free breakfast had good options and plentiful. Cons are no good view from any room. Some of the items in the room show wear even though it is relatively new. If the high school is having an event, the traffic by hotel can be a lot.

The room was spacious, attractive, and very clean. It would have gotten an excellent rating except for one very annoying feature. The room lighting was on a motion controlled circuit which turned off the lights when there was noone walking in the room - impossible to read or work at night. The lights all came one at night if someone went to the bathroom which woke everyone. Hotel personnel were unable to resolve the issue. Remove the "FEATURE" before I return for another stay.

The hotel was very new and clean. The breakfast and service were excellent. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The only downside was that when I typed in the hotel name on GPS, it took us to the wrong location. It would have been nice to know in advance to use the address given, instead of the hotel name. I was, however, able to call the front desk for assistance, which I greatly appreciated.
