格羅夫市蔚景温德姆酒店(Wingate by Wyndham Grove City)

First off if you are looking for a pool this is not the hotel!!! Their pool is PERMANENTLY closed. They staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Location is near shopping and restaurants.

The check-in was quick and easy, but the room was clearly not cleaned properly. The first thing I noticed was a clump of hair on the bathroom floor. Then I saw several hairs left in the bathtub. There were also a bunch of hairs on the top cover of the bed. I also noticed garbage left under the desk. I stay in the area often to visit my daughter who is attending a local college. I decided to try this hotel, as the prices were reasonable. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

The property isn't fancy but it was clean and our room was recently renovated. The staff were very nice. The only thing I did not like was the sink and mirror is located outside the bathroom and we ran out of toilet paper, luckily i found the maids cart in the hallway and helped myself to a roll. I would stay here again as it is very convenient to the Grove City outlets just across the street.

Arrived late night for family business in town, checked in and swiped card for incidentals. After this was all done, I was handed a pre printed flyer stating that the hotel had no water because of some local maintenance and that I wouldn’t have a sink, shower, or toilet for the night (which is 50% of what a hotel is.) The fridge had several half consumed water bottles in it. The hotel has refused responsibility and won’t compensate, stating water issues are out of their control. (Contacting guests is not out of their control.) The water outage was pre planned and all other local businesses closed at 9 that evening in advance. This hotel chose to keep its guests in the dark, charge full price, and offer nothing with no advance notice of the water outage. A phone call or email would’ve allowed us to make other accommodations. Grove City has lots of hotels - pick any other one if you’re visiting. (Still a fan of **********, none of this their fault.)

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! We booked this hotel because it had a pool and allowed dogs . When we arrived a hand written sign that said pool closed !!! We couldn’t cancel because they said we still would be charged we booked for two nights . Our room had no hair dryer and didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all . Don’t bother with the complementary breakfast rubber cold scrambled eggs and only butter for the bread no jam or peanut butter . The front desk person who was there when we checked in was to busy and told me they would be there in a minute to busy with friends and the attitude was so rude!!!! And when we were on our way out I ask the same front desk person if they could recommend a place to eat for takeout again SO RUDE!!!!!!!!! We would like a refund it was a night mare no sleep due to the fact the constant dripping noise !!!!!! And NO Pool!!!!

I booked the room because it listed having a pool. We were told that it had been closed for 2 years. I said to Maya if there were other hotels close with a pool. He said they would be all booked. I checked in and we to the room and got online and found another hotel with a pool with availability. I immediately checked out and asked for a refund. Maya said that he could not because I booked through a 3rd party. I would like a full refund please.

It was a pleasant experience all the way around. From greeting by friendly associate, ease of checking in, cleanliness of room, quietness at nighttime, nice breakfast, and easy checkout. Would stay again there.

We enjoyed our stay in Wingate by Wyndham, Grove city; Clean & spacious room, staff at Check-in was very friendly & nice.

Water pressure was terrible for shower. Thin walls and could hear everything in next room and hallway. Bed was super uncomfortable. Breakfast was extremely limited and understocked.
