Hotel the Ramay Palace

Everything was good hotel was also neat &clean staff was very soft spoken rooms were also very good

I did not stay in hotel ramay palace as my group was denied accomodation for reasons quoted as "under renovation. I was promised refund of rs 9322- paid by me. But ramay palace has not refunded the amount due to me. They are tossing me between you and hotel.

The stay and taste of the food was good. Nice service and the staff was helpful. Hotel is close to temple. Had timely pick and drop service provided for airport. Thank you for the coordination and providing the experience.

Very bad response. No responsible response from hotel. Called up for some enquiry but didn’t receive any response.

My father in law and mother in law stayed for one day. Staff was really helpful in providing guidance for visits and supporting in commute. Thanks for the support

The manager communicates in english. The only problem was we had to climb stairs quite steep and there was no lift for the same. The room per say is quite fine and adequate. The workers were very helpful. The food ordered was of a very good quality. Parking has no space and yet they were willing to adjust. The place is truly close to the temple precinct. We will be the last people to make any complaint about this place. Toes raghavan

Stay was ok ok. No breakfast served at hotel. And there are better options nearby in lesser price

The worst hotel to exist ever with zero amenities and clueless staff. Mind you they aren’t cheap and still absolutely zero sense of service !
