The experience was wonderful. I thought being by the airport would be annoying because of the planes but not at all. The service was great. I dropped my coffee in the elevator. I asked the lady that was cleaning the room if she had something that I could get it up with and she said if you could please just hold the door open I will take care of it and did it with a smile and conversation. Now that's service. The facility was very updated and the decor was nice ,very clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was good,hot , and very plentiful . In all to sum it up, I had a wonderful stay and will stay again when I am visiting Manchester New Hampshire

The front desk woman was awesome. Super helpful, accommodating and friendly. Check in was fast and easy. The continental breakfast was about as you would expect. Nothing to write home about. I liked the ability to do some plane spotting from the 3rd floor, too. Best part? 5 min shuttle ride to the airport.

The hotel has 6 hockey teams staying there and the kids were running amok, knocking on ppls doors,pulling the room numbers down,rough playing in the pool. Hotel ran out of pool towel’s several times, eating area was dirty ,tables not wiped down, floors dirty, breakfast foods were very limited due to the hockey ppl. The hotel did nothing to accommodate the regular guests that weren’t with the hockey guests. When I discussed my issues with the shift manager she said it was her fault. Well it sure as hell wasn’t mine.needless to say sadly I will not be returning to this hotel. I have many other issues but to more to list here.

Perfect staycation. From the staff to the cleanliness of the place to the pool being open from 6 AM to 11 PM to the delicious free breakfast - can't wait to go back!

Très bel hotel. Parfait pour les grandes famille. Les chambres sont grandes avec un canapé lit et tout es rénové. Pour le petit dejeuner il y a beaucoup de choix. La piscine est agréable et propre. Bien.que c'est a coté de l'aéroport nous entendons pas d'avion. Très tranquille. Secteur de choix pres du Mall New Hampshire. 15min des premium Outlet. 40minutes de Hampton Beach.

La salle de bain a besoin d'être rénovée. Le bâtiment (extérieur et intérieur) n'est pas très bien entretenu. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix au déjeuner.

A quick stay during the recent snow event which dropped 26"+ and knocked out power to my home. Great staff, easy check-in and spotless facilities. Cheers!

Overall, one of the best stays I’ve had in recent memory. Our only issue was a dirty room on arrival, but the front desk corrected it immediately and our replacement room was immaculate. All staff were kind and courteous both to me and to my inquisitive daughters. If we need to stay in the area again we will stay here.
