This is a remodeled 3 bedroom / 2 bath house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Located in SW Mesa on the Tempe / Chandler / Mesa border. Large patio w/ grill. This property does NOT have a pool. 5 min from US 60 / and AZ Loop 101. 9 min to Downtown Mesa 11 min to Sloan Park (Cubs) 12 min to Hohokam Stadium (A's) 13 min to Downtown Chandler 14 min Tempe Diablo Stadium (Angels) 16 min to Downtown Tempe (MIll Ave) 17 min to Scottsdale Stadium (Giants) 19 min to Downtown Schoostale Uber/Lyft available. Close to many restaurants and entertainment areas. Pets over 10 pounds must be crate trained or supervised while inside the house. Any Pets damage will be a fee $300 minimum Please Clean up after pets. Fee for cleaning up fur and pet odor will be $150 Get host approval for events / parties ( additional $200 fee) or (2 day minimum stay ) Clean Grill after use. ( it will be our pleasure to clean the grill for you for an additional $25 charge fee) NO Smoking Smoking Inside house Fee $750 $50 charge for any cigarettes buds on the back yard / front yard cleaning Any body fluid clean up $25-$100 fee Check in is after 3pm Check out is before 11am Late check out possible with host approval If you are having people over please be respectful to neighbors. Great stay! We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great place for our family. We enjoyed the big back yard and covered patio. The owner communication was great. It is also conveniently located in a nice established neighborhood. We recommend this place.

Great Arizona Accomidation The host was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. Communication was excellent as well, and we felt that the host genuinely cared about our experience. A great location that made it easy to experience several amazing Arizona attractions. Highly recommend.

Cute House The place was very clean they provide everything from towels to kitchen needs. The back yard was my favorite. The cute fire place We enjoy our stay and would recommend it.
