辦理登機手續還可以,雖然我相信協助我的那位年輕女士對這份工作相當新,所以另一位在職的先生幫助回答了我的很多問題。由於這是芝加哥蘭地區的春季休息時間,他們很忙,春季培訓正在進行,他們位於斯隆公園旁邊,這符合他們的入住邏輯。他們的網站的標準入住時間是下午4點。我到的很早,像1030am,所以我知道我的房間還沒有準備好,因爲退房直到12n.下午2點左右才通知我房間準備好了,我很高興房間已經準備好了,直到我走進去環顧四周。遺憾的是,它仍然很髒。垃圾已經倒空,牀上用品和毛巾看起來很乾淨,但我的遙控器看起來就像有人在上面鼻子,房間灰塵非常大,而且淋浴時它們還是個毛球。我把遙控器和灰塵指給客房部的工作人員看。主管對遙控器的狀況表示非常抱歉,甚至在帶着新遙控器返回時爲Stats Grill提供了40美元的代金券,但房間仍然滿是灰塵。我決定用一塊抹布來除塵,而不是在他們名單上再添上關於房間的“抱怨”,他們第二天來打掃房間時,就會看到這些沾滿灰塵的抹布。第二天早上,我把髒兮兮的抹布和紙巾盒放在桌上,想確定換上滿滿的紙巾,然後就朝大峽谷走去了。我10個小時後回來,房間沒有被碰過。在出去吃飯的路上,我到前台問了房間的清潔時間表,結果發現他們入住期間沒有進入客房,除非要求這樣做。我發現這很奇怪,考慮到拉斯維加斯的情況,大多數酒店政策都更改了,至少每天需要檢查,即使只是快速查看一下房間的安全,而且這家酒店就在斯隆公園旁邊,這是特別每年約2個月的人羣密集地點。除了發現奇怪,他們沒有做每日房間檢查,但我沒有更多考慮,因爲我經常旅行,不需要每天有人來照料我的房間。我讓他們在我房間裏放下一盒紙巾,他們確實這樣做了,我便去吃飯,看朋友的比賽。我逗留的3天裏,房間沒有其他問題......至少我想是這樣。3月31日星期四中午左右,我到前台問他們辦理退房手續的方式。他們解釋了整個過程,說沒有必要對他們做任何事,所以我向他們道了謝,然後我趕往機場,把我的租來的車還了回來。4月1日星期五早上醒來時,我發現我因“客人損壞”被罰款250美元,而“損壞”是因在房間內吸菸造成的。

我在鎮上住了一晚,住在這裏很方便。房間很好,除了一張兩張牀的房間沒有留出休息椅的空間。泳池區域很吸引人,很大,雖然瀑布橋的下側需要做一些維修工作,第二天早上去吃早餐了基本上只有兩個選擇:薄煎餅或雞蛋,它們很有吸引力,服務也很友好。然而,無論誰設計了這個餐廳的裝飾,都是受到灰狗巴士站的魅力和親密感的啓發。

We stayed at this hotel specifically for its kitchen since we would be in the Phoenix area for weeks.  Overall the hotel is okay but we left for a different, long-term hotel after a week here because it was not conducive to working from the room or working out. Positives: - Front desk and breakfast staff.  Very friendly and helpful. - 1 BR room was spacious.  There is a small table for eating (or work) and another workdesk with lots of outlets but no USB ports. - Location is convenient to major highways and safe to walk around at night. Negatives: - In the room, there are no USB ports, only outlets, and several of ours did not work. - Internet is slow, and when we tried to watch Showtime on the tv, the show literally stopped to buffer every 3 minutes. A/C is very noisy, as is the ice-maker in the fridge.  - They have laundry facilities on the 2nd floor of each building. These rooms are clearly not cleaned.  One of the dryers in our building did not work, which we learned the hard way. - Fitness center was really disappointing and it makes sense that they don't advertise it on their website. Very small, with 2 treadmills and an elliptical.  One treadmill broken the entire week we were there.  They don't supply towels and you have to request water at the front desk--there is none in or around the gym. There are no weights, only 4 kettlebells that max out at 20 lbs.  There is a pulley weight machine with low weights and only 2 types of handles, so we really couldn't use it.  The room was never cleaned.  The wipes were dried out.  There is a sign on the door to wash your hands before and after use, and the bathroom across the hall has a sign that it is locked.  So...yeah. - The other complaint is housekeeping.  We didn't need or want daily housekeeping so we followed the front desk's instructions to place the ”do not disturb” sign on the door when we didn't want housekeeping, otherwise they would clean.  On Day 3, we signaled that we wanted cleaning but they skipped our room. By the time we got home, the cleaning staff was going home. They did bring us fresh towels and dish soap as requested. When they came the following day, they very clearly didn't clean the toilet...

我的電視沒有進入頻道,也沒有正確使用指南。於是去辦公桌討論,認爲很可能電池是弱的。她打電話給腳的弱維修人員。他看着電視,說是底部的小工具,把遙控6英寸的頻道關掉。我笑了,我想在牀上換頻道,就像在家裏一樣!!告訴他給我帶一個功能性的電視。沒有!!! 告訴前台服務員,我需要一台功能正常的電視,從另一個房間帶一台。她說我不知道哪個房間?我說任何房間都不在使用,有一台電視,可以工作!!!我需要退款

我和妻子2月底住了2晚,我是萬豪的常客,酒店裏肯定有運動隊,因爲青年在大廳裏很吵,直到凌晨2點半左右。最重要的是,天井上的酒店音樂早上7點把我們吵醒。房間的燈光昏暗;對我們這樣的老年人來說很難。地毯需要打掃;當我赤腳在房間裏走來走去時,污垢在告訴我們。接待員很棒,做了很好的工作,把我們介紹給了設施;但我們可能會選擇另一個萬豪,而不是回到這個。

The pool was heated when I booked. I only booked for a heated pool for my sons birthday. The pool was not heated when I arrived. I was lied to by Patty at the front desk who said she would turn the heater on and it would be swim-able by morning. She even talked to the owner on the phone to help guide her. We stayed since we were told the pool would be warm in the morning. The beds are terrible, pillows are worse. Breakfast is free, that is a plus, I guess? In the morning the pool was not warmer and this front desk person didn’t know anything about the heater. She then rolled her eyes, made rude comments and called the manager but didn’t let me speak to management. I was told if I left by 11 wouldn’t be charged for the room. It was already after 11. I again asked to speak to the manager. She never called. Still didn’t. Not a single apology for the lies or inconvenience. Contacted Travelocity and I guess they don’t care either. Best western even said it was a bummer and the hotels reply to them was full of lies. I will never waste my time staying at another best western. Guess it is too much to ask to have management speak to a customer during working hours. I’m excited for the manager to comment here about how I should have notified them ( and I did) or how this was somehow my fault.

雖然這家酒店有24小時的班車,而且離機場很近,但差不多就是它所能達到的。班車司機不停地講着從接車到送車的快速火速的節奏。友好,但超出了頂部。大堂經常有人露面,沒有面具,也沒有工作人員要求遵守。有時,整羣人,例如一個團隊,或者建築或消防員,感到非常不安全。電梯鈴聲是我聽到過的最響亮和最煩人的。AC是牆式單元,它使得入睡變得具有挑戰性。酒吧裏有好幾個客戶沒有分開,顯然我們沒有在一起。我們決定坐在外面的院子裏,吃點東西。選擇很少。我們的三明治來了大約5分鐘,麪包溼透了。看起來我們餐桌上的快速送餐一定是由於食物是預先做的,而且坐在涼爽的房間裏。房間很乾淨,工作人員很友好,但我會在以後的旅行中尋找其他選擇。

Where do I begin? I booked this hotel on through Agoda on 2/27/2022 for check in on 2/28/2022 for one night which was $82.26. I received an email from Agoda hours later at 4:55pm advising that due to a ”highly unusual error” my booking was not completed, and they were refunding my money which could take up to 30 days. This was annoying but like any rational person I rebooked the room but for an additional night - check in at 3pm on 2/28/2022 and checkout on 3/02/2022 after 11AM for 2 nights at $228.51 (robbery for the quality of room which I had yet to find out). Btw, you also have to put down a card for a small deposit, which is fine, but this isn’t mentioned anywhere when booking and I had paid in full online prior. I checked in at this hotel and to call it a dump would be putting it lightly. Of course, the pictures online make the inn look 10 times better than it actually is - long story short, the check-in is through a window outside, the bed is hard and creaky, the room smelled like dank, humid mold, there is plenty of bathroom mold around the interior of the shower, the shower curtain was filthy and the someone drew a phallus on it (would it be too hard to change the shower curtain?), the floor was dirty and made the bottom of my feet dirty when I took off my slides and walked around, the sink drained slowly, and the shower water was lukewarm at best. I stayed the night (with much regret, ignoring the overhead banging/thuds above my room) and left in the morning. The area is shady, so I got up about half a dozen times that night to make sure my car was still there. I returned late at night, Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at approx. 11AM ready for one last night in hell (had I cancelled I would've lost my money as it was nonrefundable) and my key cards don't work. I go to the ”office” (outside window) and I'm informed my cards don't work because I was supposed to check-out this morning and that all my personal belongings have been bagged up and put into lost and found which I cannot retrieve until the next day because ”lost & found” is a room on the second-floor and the MOD, Jose, gave the only key card to access the room to a housekeeper who was currently at home. Mind you, I have been up since 7AM and worked until 10:40pm. I’m tired and all I wanted to do was close my eyes while taking a shower and pretend I was at the Hilton I almost booked instead and put this saga behind me, but alas. To say I was furious was an understatement, not only did Agoda/Knights Inn majorly screw up my reservation, but they took my things and denied me access to them all because the manager figured it was a smart idea to give the sole key card to lost and found for the entire motel to an employee who leaves after their shift. Brilliant idea. Now, I’m back in my car trying to make emergency arrangements for a place to stay tonight. I get on the phone with Agoda as the Manager, Jose, informed me in not so pleasant terms there was nothing he could do

I checked in at this hotel and to call it a dump would be putting it lightly. Of course, the pictures online make the inn look 10 times better than it actually is - long story short, the check-in is through a window outside, the bed is hard and creaky, the room smelled like dank, humid mold, there is plenty of bathroom mold around the interior of the shower, the shower curtain was filthy and the someone drew a phallus on it (would it be too hard to change the shower curtain?), the floor was dirty and made the bottom of my feet dirty when I took off my slides and walked around, the sink drained slowly, and the shower water was lukewarm at best. I stayed the night (with much regret, ignoring the overhead banging/thuds above my room) and left in the morning. The area is shady, so I got up about half a dozen times that night to make sure my car was still there. I returned late at night, Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at approx. 11AM ready for one last night in hell (had I cancelled I would've lost my money as it was nonrefundable) and my key cards don't work. I go to the ”office” (outside window) and I'm informed my cards don't work because I was supposed to check-out this morning and that all my personal belongings have been bagged up and put into lost and found which I cannot retrieve until the next day because ”lost & found” is a room on the second-floor and the MOD, Jose, gave the only key card to access the room to a housekeeper who was currently at home. Mind you, I have been up since 7AM and worked until 10:40pm. I’m tired and all I wanted to do was close my eyes while taking a shower and pretend I was at the Hilton I almost booked instead and put this saga behind me, but alas. To say I was furious was an understatement, not only did Agoda/Knights Inn majorly screw up my reservation, but they took my things and denied me access to them all because the manager figured it was a smart idea to give the sole key card to lost and found for the entire motel to an employee who leaves after their shift. Brilliant idea. Now, I’m back in my car trying to make emergency arrangements for a place to stay tonight. I get on the phone with Agoda as the Manager, Jose, informed me in not so pleasant terms there was nothing he could do

Where do I begin? I booked this hotel on through Agoda on 2/27/2022 for check in on 2/28/2022 for one night which was $82.26. I received an email from Agoda hours later at 4:55pm advising that due to a ”highly unusual error” my booking was not completed, and they were refunding my money which could take up to 30 days. This was annoying but like any rational person I rebooked the room but for an additional night - check in at 3pm on 2/28/2022 and checkout on 3/02/2022 after 11AM for 2 nights at $228.51 (robbery for the quality of room which I had yet to find out). The pool was heated when I booked. I only booked for a heated pool for my sons birthday. The pool was not heated when I arrived. I was lied to by Patty at the front desk who said she would turn the heater on and it would be swim-able by morning. She even talked to the owner on the phone to help guide her. We stayed since we were told the pool would be warm in the morning. The beds are terrible, pillows are worse. Breakfast is free, that is a plus, I guess? In the morning the pool was not warmer and this front desk person didn’t know anything about the heater. She then rolled her eyes, made rude comments and called the manager but didn’t let me speak to management. I was told if I left by 11 wouldn’t be charged for the room. It was already after 11. I again asked to speak to the manager. She never called. Still didn’t. Not a single apology for the lies or inconvenience. Contacted Travelocity and I guess they don’t care either. Best western even said it was a bummer and the hotels reply to them was full of lies. I will never waste my time staying at another best western. Guess it is too much to ask to have management speak to a customer during working hours. I’m excited for the manager to comment here about how I should have notified them ( and I did) or how this was somehow my fault.
