The walls are paper thin so if you have some one in the room next to yours you can hear them loud and clear ,the rooms are dated and a bit rundown , we had a room with a separate bedroom , and a living,dining kitchen in the main part of the unit , which is nice , Danielle is a super star front dest receptionist , and welcomed us in two hours before chech in time ….due to our room being ready..

This resort was misrepresented. It is outdated and in disrepair. We couldn't enjoy the jacuzzi tub due to mold around the jets. The tub spout didn't work. The shower curtain was threadbare and had a hole in it. Walls and surfaces were dirty, the microwave looked like it had been wiped with a dirty cloth that left behind a film. The floor was damaged in several places, and the ceiling had unrepaired water damage. The TV was old and small. We could hear every word of the people next door's conversation-the rooms are far from sound proof. There is also a pigeon problem outside the room. We could have paid half of what we did and stayed in a budget motel and had a better room. Really disappointing.

The connecting rooms are not suitable for both rooms to be occupied by strangers. The door between rooms offers no buffer for noise or smell.

Adjoining rooms don't have much sound buffer. The people next to us were very loud. Wished we could spend more than one night to enjoy all there is offered.

Our first time in Arizona and would definitely stay here again. Perfect area, close to everything. We were in a 2 bedroom villa and had all the comforts of home! Lots to do at the property too.

This property is very nice, especially for the price. What was very disappointing though, is if you reserve a one bedroom unit, a one-bedroom unit is right next to you. The walls are paper-thin. We could hear every word the people were saying and even the man snoring at night! It's literally like you're in the same room with the people next door. If you reserve a full two bedroom unit, you won't have this problem. So...everything was nice except for that problem.

Guests next door held a party that started at 9:55 pm. At 10:45 pm I contacted the front desk and was told that from 10pm on was "quiet time". Security was sent and they asked them to hold the noise down. The party left only to return about 30 minutes later and resumed. The walls are thin, they were in the next room. They would get loud and then say " better be quiet, Security will be back." Then they would return to the loud talking. The party finally ended at 1:45am. They left slamming the door and stomping down the stairs. Security never returned and we felt as if Security had told them who had called. It was a very intrusive. We got little sleep and had to get up early for an appoin**ent.

Great resort. Heated swimmmig pool and playground right next to it. Large room. Our family really enjoyed stay at the resort.

Price was good, room was clean, staff were friendly and accommodating
