Wake up to breathtaking views of the AZ mountain range, and make yourself at home in our furnished 4 BR home with modern appliances, a private pool, and a spa. We can provide extra rollaway beds upon request. Perfect for relaxing with friends and family, with a mini-golf course & BBQ. Don't miss out on the opportunity to experience the peaceful tranquility of the desert, as well as nearby shopping & nightlife!! The property has 4 huge bedrooms, each carefully designed and furnished. Netflix and chill in our huge living/entertainment area. Spacious kitchen and dining spaces. Amazing view from the balcony! DO NOT HAVE PARTIES ANYTHING OVER 8 GUEST IS CONSIDERD A PARTY. YOU WILL BE SHUT DOWN AND FORFEIT DEPOSIT DURING PARTY AND WILL BE ESCORTED OFF PROPERTY. When vacating you must lock the back doors please double check do not leave unlocked. There is a $25 spa charge per day and an additional $25 per day to heat the pool. When done using the propane tanks. Please make sure the tanks are turned off or you will be charged. This is in regards for the BBQ Grill & fire pit. There is a $25 charge for Tesla EV Cars About pets:No pets allowed.We are willing but MUST know for.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Guest Please understand we do allow Special Events for anything over 10 Guests or more.
