Paying Hotel price for a Motel experience. This is the worst example of a quality inn location. The building has seen better years, it feels like they tried to renovate but they didn’t do a very good job. The laminate fake wood floor was warping and bubbled up, the bathroom had indentations of some one punching it, the AC unit wasn’t cold (it felt more like a fan) The funniest part was the staff. They front desk person was very unwelcoming and is obviously tired of their job. They have their script down so well, that they can recite the words quickly with a blank face. They even described the complimentary breakfast as “it’s just a to go bag for breakfast, no big deal”. Definitely the worst Quality Inn experience that I wish I didn’t have.

My stay here was going pretty good until I went to exchange some bath towels for some clean towels. I was charged $100 again for some dirty towels that I used to wipe up excess water from the shower. They then gave ment some dingy towels in return. I absolutely don't get this at all. Why charge me a $100 security deposit for some dirty towels and then give some dingy towels back.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean. The grounds were not taken care of very well. When I arrived, there was litter, over flowing garbage cans, and cigarette butts all over. After being there 2 nights, the staff did pick up the garbage, etc. There were a lot of transient people walking through the parking lot. I was by myself, and was a little uneasy. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, and my room was very clean, I probably wouldn't stay there again. One morning they ran out of everything for breakfast. There were families who weren't able to eat.

The rooms are nice the property is fairly well maintained, except the trash isn’t take out for days. The biggest issue I had was the door card reader wouldn’t work properly and the problem was never addressed sufficiently. Other than those issues the stay was great.

The property was in a area that made us feel very uncomfortable. Many people hanging around smoking and drinking. Our room was dirty. The shower had hair in it. The water nozzle was not securely connected to the shower wall, so there was mold and looked very dirty. It was quite unsettling. Would not recommend this establishment at all. We pay way more than it was worth on a good day.

Young lady at front desk was very polite and helpful. Location was great for the places i needed to be. Only thing that was a dislike would be the shower....finish was chipping and curtain rod was beginning to come of wall.

Just got dirty looks just entering the parking lot and felt very unsafe to go inside. When I did go inside the lobby seemed to have a bad odor and was very dark and small. Just didn't have a welcoming feeling at all.

This was the grossest place we have ever stayed. It was filthy. There were gobs of hair on the floor and a brown smear on the wall by the toilet paper roll. Lots of other smears on walls. Peeling paint. Just bad. I alway trust *******, and I don't think ******* should partner with this motel.

The lady at front desk was awesome a great person talk to help with anything you need. The bathtub needs cleaning Mom didn’t like height of bed setting on side of bed feet don’t hit the floor

It was dirty, room was nasty shower was disgusting!., room smelled like smoke and was a non smoking room, breakfast was no good. The room was falling apart. Someone kepted tapping on out window. Did not feel safe. Door did not lock at all!

Felt unsafe from the moment we got to our room. Druggy sitting on the stairs. People parked out in the back ofotel. I didn't feel safe going outside without my husband.

Well, evidently you have to let them know if you want your room cleaned or clean towels. Would be nice if we were informed at check-in. Staff was friendly but disappointed in the rest.
