鳳凰城邁措沃高級套房酒店(Superior Suites Phoenix Mesa)

The doors and walkway all around the property were recently painted.Room was plenty nice for me and in a quiet area of Mesa.Two Walmarts a few blocks away.Also,they have late check in which was great for me since I only got there at 11:30pm.A/C looked new and worked great.Room was clean,but no wash rag in bathroom.Not biggy for me.A family was next door but could not hear them at all.Route 60 2 blocks south.This will be my place to stay when I go to Phoenix.I recommend this hotel.

I wasn’t sure how to rate this place considering the room was so cheap. It was what I was expecting it to be but they should put some effort into little things that could really make a difference. I had two bath towels. One was almost new, the other was worn with stains all over it. Doesn’t someone notice the condition of the towels when washing them? The door, furniture , and fixtures all had cigarette burns on them. Why not replace them? Whoever did the plumbing in the bathroom didn’t do a good job. There was hardly any hot water and the shower controls didn’t make sense. Oh… and there is the wifi. Like everybody writes about, it is almost nonexistent. Either it doesn’t work at all, or the best you’ll do is maybe check an email before it cuts you off. Why not fix it? People expect it when they check into a room everywhere. A lot of guests complained about the bed. I prefer extra firm beds but I can see why someone may not like it. The bed is super flat and hard. The doors and frames need adjusting. Every time someone opened and closed their doors, I can only describe it as some smacking the wall with a huge rubber hammer. It kept waking me up. It’s an ok place if you literally just need to sleep and leave in the morning but I’m going to stay elsewhere next time I think. The whole place lacks comfort.

Everything was great save for the fact that the suite wasn'i quite finished. The missing transition ***** between carpet and tile was a bit of a hassle. My socks were caught a couple of times.

Great economical stay. Walking distance to plenty of shopping and public transportation.Front desk staff is amazing .Very friendly and accomadating. A great quiet, clean, affordable stay.

Fue muy desagradable encontrar chinches en mi cama cuando estoy durmiendo y que me atan picado se supones que vas a un lugar límbico a descansar pero esto rebaso los límites son chinches ese lugar no debería estar en servicio son chinches nos pican en nuestro cuerpo

The AC had not been running, before I checked in and entered the room, so it was extremely hot inside.

Noisy.Full of transients talking until 4am every night. Pool was closed. Internet non existent. Nice clerks though.

The hotel that should be never be in an *******, that so disgusted and duty. I’m so disappointed. The lady in the front desk when I went and talk to her about the room she even say if he does room smell like feet and I say yes and worse like that.
