2 night stay for a volley ball tournament. Conveniently located close to shopping mall, restaurant and grocery store. All in walking distance. Spacious room, comfy bed and complementary breakfast. Free parking

We normally stay at this property and love it, however this time around the toilet in our third floor suite was not working. It was backing up and overflowing. We had to use the bathroom on the first floor with 3 kids (ages 3, 5 & 7) in tow for a day and a half until we checked out. We were told by repairman that the toilet would have to be removed to check why it was backing up. Unfortunately there were no other rooms available for my party. This trip was a bummer.

Everything was very decent, except for the CONSTANT noise. Like someone had a 100lb rock and was practicing their basketball drills. Ridiculous. Probably not an everyday thing. But it happened during MY thing. Overall, not a bad experience.

I can’t say enough about the staff. They are all so friendly and helpful. They allowed me to check in early and check out late! So nice!

Nice well-located property. Only issue is terrible low-pressure showerheads make that a pretty big drag.

The suite was so perfect for our family. Really felt like a home away from home. Very spacious and comfortable. Staff brought everything we asked for in a timely gracious fashion. Definitely plan on staying there again.

Always clean. Cold room (important) Conveniently located. Decent breakfast. I've stayed here many times. No issues...

Best place to stay in Metairie! Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and great breakfast.
