梅斯文度假村(Methven Resort)

This place is very run down. Saw a staff member twice only during our two night stay. The lift looked as if it was never cleaned. The place advertises a Restaurant, Bar, Pool, Breakfast available. There was absolutely nothing and I don’t think there were any other guests. All very disappointing! They need to update their website so people know what is not available!

None of the amenities were open during my stay. I didn’t see one other person during my stay. Just didn’t live up to expectations for all that they said they offered. Waste of money unfortunately.

We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms had everything we needed and were spotlessly clean. Great base for exploring the area. Includes a Continental Breakfast which was delicious and the Gentlemen that oversaw Breakfast was so friendly and lovely! Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and were shocked by how affordable it was. The room was comfortable and we had a nice view of the mountains out our window. The reception staff were extremely kind and welcoming! The resort itself was mainly closed, as the pool and hot tubs were all closed for maintenance and both restaurants on the property were closed until further notice. While that was disappointing, we couldn't complain for the cost we paid for the room. They did offer complementary breakfast in the morning still, and there were little cakes and coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the room. It is walkable to the downtown area where we were able to enjoy a nice dinner. If you're looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay without resort amenities, I would highly recommend here!

The room was clean and comfortable and on arrival we were told there was a complementary contennal breakfast included fruit .yogurt cereal. toast muffins and tea coffee unbelievable considering the price of accommodation The out door pool and spas are now gone Great value Thanks Wayne

My name is Calem ,not sure how Philip comes up,i found it perfect for me ,shame rhe facilities i couldn't use ,restaurant , bar , pool ,was a shame to find.out the day i arrived, still enjoyed my stay.

Hot and sunny, Norwest was blowing, clean and tidy rooms , No milk in room? Will stay again

Clean hotel, quick checkout. Would add a lot of value if the pool and restaurant were opened, but overall for the price it’s a great stay! Room was tidy, was a good size, had a little fridge etc. would definitely stay again.
