Terrible experiencia, la aplicación reservó la peor habitación del hotel, pagamos por una con balcón y nos entregaron una mini habitación con vista a una horrible construcción que nos los dejó ni dormir, nos estafaron, nos querían robar más dinero para cambiarnos a una mejor habitación la cual ya habíamos pagado y que no tenían disponible tampoco, terrible y asqueroso todo el servicio, nos cobraron dos noches por una habitación con balcón y nos dieron la habitación del aseo, arruinaron el cumpleaños de mi hija

前台經理不是很友善。早餐很糟糕，甜玉米蛋糕太甜了，起司的味道很奇怪。特大號床間看著一個停車場。電視不能播放任何內容，只能播放本地電視台。飯店建議我們帶著自己的Rocu旅行。 2024 年很有趣。

我對在希爾頓酒店的住宿感到不滿意。我付了額外的錢想要一個陽台，本來想要一個海景。當我進入房間時，我看到一個正在建造的停車場。我們還在大廳的拐角處，我猜那裡有一扇門通往不同的樓層，每次門打開時，它都會發出吱吱聲，會把我的妻子吵醒。游泳池還可以。但服務很好。至於客房服務，從來沒有人來房間打掃，但有兩個人走進我們的房間兩次。第一次我們躺下，我們起身離開，告訴她我們要離開，她可以打掃，她說我們必須告訴前台。所以不知道她一開始為什麼要走進房間。總的來說，我不滿意，我不會再住在這裡。

Digital check in and room keys prior to arrival. Nice! Our extended stay proved our experience wasn’t a fluke. Great hospitality and all around service. 2 pools with plenty of seating plus the beach and Hiltons amenities there were second to none! Free beach chairs along with bikes. Very well ran property. There were no drinking glasses in the room, it was noisey at night, I received a key to a room that was already occupied and then had to wait 45 minutes after the "guaranteed" check in time for a vacant room. This was despite of the fact that I asked for an early check in time at the time of booking. I did receive a voucher for a continental breakfast at the hotel restaurant for having to wait so long for a vacant room, but the attitude of customer service at the front desk was very sub par. Also, the bathroom towels were small. I could probably go on and on about the substandard service at this hotel. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel.

Staying here for 3 nights is not bad but it could be better. I was in a room right next where the employees bring the trash there, which unfortunately not what anyone want to be next too. Plus my door have a pretty big gap at the bottom of it so there were alot of noises coming through. I never stayed at a hotel where there are gap or space at the bottom of the door. The first night was terrible due to a sound like a washing machine woke me up at 4am and lasted for about 45mins. I did addressed this matter with the front desk and they gave me a free breakfast which is fine. Over all it was a average hotel.

Good: Clean room, Fresh smell, large balcony, restaurant was limited in choices but food was good, bike rental was good. Bad: REserved a premiere ocean front room but the view from the balcony was over the adjoining builiding rooftoop. Some hotels you can expect an actual view of the ocean when you reserve an ocean front room. At Hilton Cabana, you are really taking a chance at getting what you expect even though you are paying for what is truly an ocean front room. The room was also verrry cold as well as the hallways. Valet parking is 54 dollars per day total and the resort fee is 40 dollars a day total. This information will not be revealed when you check in.

Its hard to spot right away. When you pull up your forced into valet. Then charged 50.00 for the night. Staff was great. Rooms were average. Old and dirty. But the best part was the easy access to the beach. The beach was amazing. Nothing to do with the hotel but it was easy to get to the beach.

Overall we had a great experience but here is some feedback on a few things: - It would be nice to have free coffee on the lobby. - More than once the water dispensers were empty for a long ling time until they were refilled. - The instructions for the bike app rental need to be updated: - The correct app is Zybra not Zybra - You should advise guests that once you download the app you need to claim the free coupon before you rent the bike. I did not and ended up paying for my rental and could not use the coupon.

We stayed at the hotel in Hilton Cabana with my family. All of us liked this hotel. Clean, nice stuff, the view was beutiful the beach was phenominal . The breakfest, bar and food were really good and the parking vallet was quick. Thank you very much, we enjoy our stay.

Muy buena ubicación del Hotel. El servicio del personal muy bueno. Lo malo, reclamamos 3 días seguidos por baja presión de agua caliente del Baño y en ningún caso se solucionó. Otro tema, se nos había dicho que el cobro por día/parcking dentro del hotel era de USD30, pero cuando llegamos nos comentan que era de USD50+Tax (4 días, por ende USD80 de más). Se paga por un "Resort Fee", pero al momento de querer usar sombrilla en la playa, nos cobraron USD26,75 solo por la sombrilla por día. En el caso del desayuno del hotel, poca variedad, en donde dado que todo tiene o tocino o papa, tuve que comer 3 días el mismo desayuno por la poca variedad. La verdad es que no se si volveríamos a este hotel, dado estos detalles.

If you want to be right on the beach with pool options, hot tub and gym then this is a right place. The hotel is very modern, clean and the staff is very nice and helpful!
