El lugar , inmejorable, 200 metros de la playa , restaurantes , tiendas y la calle principal de Miami Bach (Collins-Ocean Drive -Lincol) a 2 minutos . Personal del hotel muy amigable y profesionales! 100% recomendado. Edificio viejo pero ordenado!

Foi a pior estadia em hotel que ja experimentamos! Ja fiquei hospedada neste hotel por 3x mas essa ultima foi terrível!! Decadente! Nem ao menos a limpeza do quarto foi feita, o banheiro ficou alagado, o vaso sanitário fazia barulhos, o sabonete e papel higiênico acabaram e não foram repostos…. Nao trocaram as toalhas, arrumaram as camas. O carpet sujo…. So tenho reclamações. A atendente da recepcao foi simpatica e nos ajudou uma noite, mas nao pôde fazer muito ja que a limpeza nao é o serviço dela.

Die Bilder versprechen mehr, als man bekommt.Wir hatten kein Luxus für den Preis erwartet, aber doch waren wir enttäuscht. Anstatt 2 Betten (70 EUR teurer), bekamen wir ein King! Keinen Ausgleich bekommen. Zimmer war groß, aber die Einrichtung ist alt & abgerockt. Die Matratze war total durchgelegen, eine Katastrophe!!! Das Bad ist klein, außer Handtuchstange keine Haken, zum Handtücher aufhängen, Ablage dürftig. Lüfter funktionierte nicht, so dass die Tür unten aufquillt. Auch im großen Flur keine Haken für Jacken & Taschen. Schade. Es gibt eine Küchenzeile, jedoch keinen Topf, kein Sieb, kaum Zubehör, kein Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeemaschine, das finde ich für eine Küchenzeile nicht ausreichend. Die Fenster sind komplett lärmdurchlässig, Schallschutz null - JEDEN TAG kam um 7:30 Uhr die Müllabfuhr und kurz danach wurde auf irgendwas rumgehämmert, so dass die Nacht dann auch vorbei war... Am ersten Tag wurden wir schon, um 4:30 Uhr durch einen LKW aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Nebenan war eine Baustelle mit Bagger für Abrissarbeiten, zum Glück fingen die erst ca. 9:30 Uhr an. Im Zimmer & auch auf den Fluren hat es sehr muffig gerochen, vielleicht wäre ein Austausch des alten Teppichs eine Option, im Zimmer mochte man fast nicht barfuß laufen. Die Lichtquellen wären zu optimieren. im Schlafzimmer gibt es nur dieses grelle Ober-Licht, keine gängige Nachttischlampen auf den Tischchen. Die Lage war toll, das Personal freundlich & hilfsbereit. wir hätten 2pm auschecken können. Danke!

Une cuisine dans la chambre, pas de cafetière, aucun moyen d'en avoir une .!! Le tapis de la chambre très sale. Pas de chaise longue a la piscine, accès à la piscine fermer à 17h, aucun autre endroit extérieur pour s'asseoir. Accès à la plage à 15min de marche .

Le personnel est aimable et disponible. L'hôtel est bien placé. Le studio avec kitchenette est spacieux. Cependant J'aurai souhiaté un peu plus de ménage en raison de la moquette du sol dans le studio Dans l'ensemble j'ai passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel.

Des renovations sont plus que nécessaires pour cet hôtel. Ne vous fiez pas juste aux photos. L’intérieur a besoin beaucoup d’amour (murs sales, meubles sales ou cassants, bain écaillé, lits avec affaissement au centre, tapis et plancher très vieux).

Nada que ver con las fotos, la ubicación muy buena. Pero el hotel huele a humedad, me tocaron hormigas en mi habitación, no hicieron la limpieza, camas viejas

Muito bem localizado, hotel antigo, mas estava bem limpo e foi muito confortável a estadia lá. Recomendo, para que busca algo razoável e nada de especial.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Had a lizard in my room, carpets and couches were stained and soiled, smelled like mold inside, was stuffy and had my whole body itching and my allergies flaring, couldn’t sleep on the sheets because between the headboard and mattress there was all kinds of candy and trash and debris, the window air unit didn’t circulate the whole room - no central air - they weren’t supposed to perform room service only by requests but came in the first day in the middle of my post beach nap and scared me awake, there was never anyone at the front desk, the one day they didn’t do room service I went to ask for towels and the front desk lady only gave me one replacement and said I needed to go get my towels and bring them to the front before she could replace them as if I am room service because no one else was available, I still haven’t gotten my deposit back DAYS LATER from them and the whole place in general is honestly dilapidated - it’s also almost 15 walk from the hotel and down to the beach chairs they loan out. You also have to still pay $20 a day for an umbrella if you don’t want to get to a crisp. My recommendation? Never stay here even if it’s a last resort. I’d rather eat rice with a toothpick than stay here ever again. Book somewhere else. There should be ashamed to even lost this place on here at all. Thee WORST!!!! Ruined my entire vacation - couldn’t wait to get home!!!

Terrível para quem chega de carro, não tem onde parar na rua e o estacionamento viável fica distante. Não oferecem breakfast, não recomendo, há outros melhores ao lado e na região

Muy amables y nos atendieron muy rápido. Tiene su tiempo la propiedad, pero está muy bien ubicado.

Bonne emplacement, près des plages, des boutiques et des quartiers chauds. Chambre ok pour un petit week-end. Personnels accueillants et gentils. Restaurant en bas de l’hôtel.

Die Unterkunft wahr für uns zu dunkel. Aber sehr sauber. Das Licht wurde sofort repariert, aber die Fernbedienung fūr TV wurden die Batterien nie gewechselt.
