Reservé para alojarme allí en 2021, por pandemia tuve que cancelar porque cerraron el aeropuerto en Chile. La cancelación fue dentro del plazo establecido y era con cancelación gratuita.la reserva se pagó completa y al momento de pedir reembolso en una primera instancia Booking como intermediario señaló que el hotel pedía mis datos para hacer la reversa, sin embargo ahí empezó nuestra pesadilla, nunca nos devolvieron nada, Booking se desentendió de todo y al día de hoy, casi 3 años después aún no me devuelve los 800 dólares de la época. Reclamo periódicamente pero no hay un mínimo de interés de parte de ellos

La ubicación es inmejorable para lo que queríamos hacer en Miami, a 300 m de la playa! Nosotros nos hospedamos en un monoambiente, práctico para una pareja. El equipamiento de la cocina era medio escaso, las instalaciones estaban bien aunque le falta mantenimiento. La cortina de la ventana del baño necesita un cambio urgente!!! Y las demás cortinas son demasiado claras. A la noche, no se oscurece nada para un mejor descanso. La atención del personal de limpieza, excelente. Siempre atentos a nuestras consultas.

12th and Ocean Apartments by Lux Urban South Beach Miami, FL Room 212 Premium Studio Suite Location Positive: Walk across the street to the beach. Walking distance to bike rentals, restaurants, park. Price was great for this location. Negative: You are directly above a restaurant, The Pink Taco (great food) that turns into a club at night, with a DJ on weekends Boom, boom, boom until around 12:00-1:00 am every night. You also hear all the noise from the ***** below. I am guessing that the rooms without a balcony and a view are quieter, as they are in the back. Hostess/Manager Positive only: Erica was easy and fast to communicate with. We had a few complaints when we checked in which she quickly remedied. She also came by herself to check on things. Timely directions for check in were provided. Entrance: Positive: keypad entry to building. Negative: No lobby. Just a musty, hot hallway with elevator to your room. Room: Positive: Spacious room, comfortable bed. View is gorgeous. Balcony is nice but the two rooms next to you share it with you and the guests can walk right up to your balcony doors. Kitchen is a plus. Nice, spacious closet. Negative: Upon arrival, the shower curtain was full of mold and the bathroom had hair on the floor. Erica quickly took care of this. The room needs a painting. Wall nearest bed is stained. The laminates on the kitchen floor are cracking. Vents are dusty and filters need replacing. Fixtures are old, cheap and rusted. We actually found the light switch on the floor and had to reassemble the switch on the lamp. One of the plastic chairs in the kitchen was cracked and I got my skin pinched when I sat down. The curtains are translucent so in addition to the noise there is also the issue of a very bright room into the evening hours. One night, there were several little flies and a spider in the bathroom. I killed all the flies and the spider disappeared into the molding. We found someone's bikini bottom behind the dresser in the closet area. Hallway rugs are stained and dirty. Amenities: Negative only: The room had only two tiny tubes of shampoo, condition and body wash per person for 5 nights. Erica took care of this. They left us only 2 rolls of toilet paper. We bought our own. No hand soap. We bought our own.There are no hooks or shelves in the bathroom to hang towels. Towels were old and had bleach stains on them. You decide.

Ubicación excepcional y muy buena atención del personal de limpieza. Como sugerencia podrían desbloquear las ventanas para dejar entrar aire, sobre todo si se cocina adentro, también podrían tener mas accesorios de cocina...Cosas que son rápidas de mejorar.

Muy buena Atención y Michael Rodríguez nos atendió de 10 para recomendar cómodo el lugar la habitación muy buena buena ubicación, Te guardan el equipaje si llegas tempranoMe alojé aquí durante el fin de semana de vacaciones y fue una estancia muy agradable. El personal de limpieza siempre estuvo allí, por lo que siempre teníamos acceso a toallas y mantas adicionales si las necesitábamos. La ubicación también era genial porque estaba justo al lado de la playa. El personal fue muy amable y nunca sentimos que estábamos molestando a nadie si necesitábamos algo. ¡Definitivamente me quedaria aqui otra vez!

Me gusto mucho el hotel. La ubicación es excelente. Lo mas importante la atención y la limpieza es magnifica. El próximo año volveremos a Miami al mismo hotel. Lo que mas nos gusto es la cercanías a los restaurantes. No fue necesario alquilar autos para trasladarnos. La playa esta muy cercana al hotel.

Hola viaje el año pasado y mi experiencia fue muy buena en este hotel. Me aloje el año pasado con mi familia y nos pareció un lugar muy bonito. La ubicación es genial, se encuentra en frente de la playa y la persona que trabaja allí fue muy amable, muy buena disposición.

Excelente hotel. Todas las personas muy gentiles. Cálido y acogedor. Todo muy organizado y súper limpio. Esta muy buen ubicado a unas cuadras de la playa. Lo recomiendo! Volveré a ir sin dudas muy pronto

Viajé a principios de este año con mi familia, tuve una excelente experiencia. El hotel es hermoso, super limpio y en una linda ubicación frente a la playa. Son muy responsables y amables. Sin dudas volveré pronto!
