維斯凱酒店(Viscay Hotel)

Este hotel es verdaderamente una joyita,está situado en el corazón de Miami beach, nos atendieron súper súper bien ,la estructura es súper cómoda única peca para mi es la falta de ascensore al menos para si estás en el segundo piso subir las malestas ,por lo demás que decir recomiendo al 200 por ciento

A única vantagem desse hotel é a localização. Não possui elevador para subir as malas, a limpeza do quarto é péssima. Se vc olhar embaixo dos móveis da para ver que aquilo foi limpado há uns 6 meses. Chuveiro horrível, cortinas empoeiradas, cozinha sem utensílios. Tinha apenas 3 copos, 2 pratos, um garfo e uma faca. Você precisa levar bucha, detergente, papel toalha, talheres. Não tem estacionamento. Na recepção fica uma moça e um homem, eles foram bem prestativos e educados. O hotel precisa de uma reforma e pedir para as faxineiras limparem melhor os quartos

Hotel pequeno e bem antigo, sem elevador ou rampa, quartos também antigos, com um pequenissimo frigobar e microondas, serviço de quarto a desejar. Como pontos positivos, a recepcionista Laura, sempre gentil e simpática, e a proximidade da Ocean Drive - um quarteirão da parte mais badalada. Não vale o que cobra.

Excelente ubicación en South Beach. Buena relación costo-calidad. El chico encargado de la recepción muy atento y siempre disponible para ayudar. Nos dejó hacer check-in una hora antes del horario; nos guardaron las valijas unas horas al check out. Nos dieron toallas y sillas de playa durante la estadía, sin costo. La habitación es amplia, con la cama y una mesa para poder comer/desayunar. El baño amplio y muy buena presión y temperatura en la ducha. Pese a estar en el medio del caos de South Beach, la habitación que nos tocó era a contrafrente y de noche silencio total. Todo perfecto. Volveríamos.

El hotel se encuentra en perfectas condiciones, excelente atención y limpieza. No lo recomiendo para familias porque está ubicado en una zona de bares, encontrando muchas personas jóvenes en las calles, cantando durante las madrugadas, gran consumo de licor y de drogas, ruido motos y automóviles. Su ubicación es a escasa distancia de la playa (100 metros) y existen muchos restaurantes en su cercanía.

Buen hotel, habitacion grande, con zona de cocina que incluye refrigerador y horno microonda; solo que la conexion a internet funcionaba inestable en la habitación y se me hacia problematico para trabajar tranquilo

Viscay hotel sits at the corner of Collins and 10th street and is one of the more utilitarian budding in the art deco district. It is (relatively) inexpensive and fairly basic because of that but is still clean and comfortable with friendly staff (thank you Luis for all of your helpful advice) and I would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget who doesn’t mind being right in the thick of the hustle and bustle of South Beach. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and a good shower and bathroom and small kitchenette, ideal. Be aware there is no bar in the hotel and didn’t seem to offer a breakfast although this was mentioned on the blurb when we booked it. This was really no concern to us as we always breakfasted at a small family run bakers just around the corner, but just worth noting. With that in mind, for those of you who are unfamiliar with the area, it is extremely noisy until the small hours, especially at the weekend and if you are accommodated at the front of the hotel, offers little in the way of sound insulation. Being in our fifties, and first time visitors to Miami, this did catch us out and the first night was spent wondering if the whole of Collins Avenue was in our room with us. The farther up South you go the quieter it seems to get so we will probably aim for there next time. We found Miami fairly expensive so the only saved on the accommodation was a godsend, thank you The Viscay and I have no reservations about recommending this hotel.

I stayed for 5 days and I really liked the property and area around the hotel. It is close to the beach and walkable to most places. The room was big and clean. I liked that it had a microwave, fridge and safe.

Noce little property, however it is definitely not worth over $200 a night, this is more of an $80 place. Inside was loud, minimal handicap accessibility. Very close to ocean,dinning, and entertainment!
