excellent location , big rooms , and pretty friendly staff will come back

美麗的酒店，乾淨寬敞的房間。酒店工作人員在抵達時非常友好。然而，他們不接受提前入住，並且發生了一起事件，因為酒店工作人員在我們不在的時候為她換了房間，我所有朋友的行李都不見了。由於換班和缺乏適當的溝通，花了一個半小時才找到搬家的工作人員以及他們將她的物品放在哪裡。另請注意，帶有“私人屋頂露台通道”的房間實際上並不私密，可以從其他房間輕鬆進入，因為我們有很多物品被盜，例如錢包和藍牙揚聲器。經過一夜的擔心，我們終於在早上與保安交談時，他們到達時才被告知酒店周圍有攝像頭，但沒有，除了換掉她的房間外，他們無能為力。

Todo lo que iva ser unos dias inolvidable se convirtió en una pesadilla. Primero, las fotos que muestran no corresponden con la realidad, sucia, sabanas manchadas, hasta en ascensor estaba sucio.Por la mañana presentamos nuestras quejas y una chica rubia nos atendió fatal y nos dijo qué me le queje a ******* que yo le pague *******, no hicieron ningun esfuerzo ni siquiera de cambiarnos de habitación. Le digimos que incluia el desayuno y nos dicen que ellos no tienen nada que ver con el restaurante, que por cierto , esta lleno de sus fotos en la web .tomamos la decisió de marcharnos de alli.ademas nos robaron.Ahora nuestro calvario es que me devuelvan mi dinero, vamos a luchar hasta el final poque no hay derecho de hacernos esto y todo porqué nos ponen una trampa a la hora de pagar nuestra estancia. Es que acaso fuimos alli para querer ser estafadas?.les tengo que regalar mi dinero y pagarles por un servicio que no me dieron? No es justo. Nos arruinaron nuestras vacaciones.

Super hotel, planifié vos frais d’hébergement afin de ne pas avoir de mauvaises surprises. Stationnement municipale à 20$/24h à 2 coins de rue. Hyper propre. A 1 coin de rue de ocean drive et south beach. Personnel accueillant et piscine sur le toit. A 2 coins de rue du trolley et de l’autobus 100 qui vous amènes au centre-ville. Je vous le recommande.

Para mi fue espectacular la pase genial unaa noches muy divertidas con el espectáculo en el restaurante eso si los precios estan elevados pero ni modo estas en south beach asi es el precio de todo en esa zona pero el hotel en general espectacular sin duda volvere

We checked in a little after 3pm after traveling all day all we wanted to do was take a hot shower before heading out on the town but it was a long draining process…the water was luke warm borderline cold so I went and told the front desk and she had maintenance come he said it was hot and took a picture of the water which I thought was odd I checked it again it was still the same temperature I let the water run longer and it takes at least 20 minutes to get somewhat hot 30 for it to be actually hot! when we finally did get hot water we couldn’t shower because there weren’t any washcloths in our room! We asked front desk to have housekeeping bring us wash cloths 3 times no one came I finally got fed up with waiting and walked down to Walgreens and bought loofa sponges so that we could shower! We did not receive any wash cloths until the next morning at 10am this was my first and last time staying at the fairwind the rooms are outdated and need to be remodeled indefinitely the toilet barely wanted to flush. Only good thing is it in a great location with walking distance to everything other than that no spectacular about this place

The location was perfect for what we needed it for. The staff that checked me in was great. He worked a later shift around midnight on a Saturday night. A girl the next day, however was not as pleasant. She was on her phone when I asked about the city. We did have an issue with hot water so I had to take cold showers. My friends staying there had the same issue so I didn’t say anything.

The place was very nice. My husband’s only complaint was there was no microwave in the room. Other than that we had a great time staff was wonderful and they housekeeper let us use their microwave. The vacation was relaxing the food was great and the hotel was superb!!!!! Close to the beach and the pool was exceptional!
