Inn這種小酒店，到那裡，是夜裡10點30分，前台的人跑了，告示寫的“有訂單”是23點結束check-in。明明自己沒人，不好辦理入住，酒店卻不肯退錢

Me quede durante diciembre. El personal es atento. El hotel es basico y esta ubicado con facil acceso para Wynwood y Design District. Tambien existen 4 opciones cerca para comer. Pero hay que ser honestos, la habitacion al menos donde estuve huele a humedad constante, que no se quita ni con la limpieza diaria. Tambien tuve un pequeño problema con el agua caliente, pero el personal colaboro para solucionar.

I called Travelocity to cancel this hotel on September 29,2023 and I had until September 30, 2023 before getting charged a fee. Why did this hotel charge my credit card and no one from this hotel answered the phone. I called five times and have the phone history to prove it. I’m not sure how they were able to bill my card when I cancelled it with the Travelocity team. I also received the notification from Travelocity that it was cancelled. Please don’t waste your time so now I can’t enjoy my honeymoon because I have to deal with this.
