邁阿密度假出租屋酒店 - 布里克爾(Brickell by Miami Vacation Rentals)

Excelente localização e estrutura de apart hotel mas infelizmente a academia e o SPA estavam fechados para reforma e não me avisaram nada. Portanto, o ponto mais importante da nossa escolha, justamente a academia e o SPA nao usufruimos e isso nos decepcionou. A pessoa que nos atendeu poderia ser um pouco mais simpática e fornecer melhores informações. Ponto negativo é que mesmo eu sendo um membro GOLD no ********** tivemos que sair às 12 hs, mesmo solicitando um late check out melhor.

The room and hotel was great. Breath taking views! Awesome amenities and easily walkable to most things. There was only a couple of minor kinks like the extremely hard to open balcony door which seems to be a problem with the neighboring rooms. Everytime the nearby rooms opened their balcony doors, our entire room shook and woke us up. Some of the furniture was lightly stained so we avoided sitting in it.

What a wonderful experience here at Miami vacation rental brickell! It was clean smelled amazing, beautiful views, fast service! Beautiful outdoor pool! A great place to stay! Bed was very comfortable! Nice outdoor space to enjoy a nice city view!

El departamento es amplio pero éramos 3 persona y solo tenía dos sillas para sent**** , nos hicieron dejar un depósito por seguridad que hasta el día de hoy no me lo devolvieron ,la ubicación está muy bien pero cada vez que bajas hay mucha gente en la entrada del edificio , son ceros flexibles con la hora de llegada

The checkin in process was smooth, communication was timely and Silvia and Natalia answered all my questions, and their team even helped me bring my bags to the apar**ent. Brickell is a wonderful location, the apar**ent is close to shopping malls, grocery stores, transportation and restaurants. I love the decoration in the apar**ent, the view to the pool and the amenities are great. I will definately stay here again!

The room is not what I chose on the website. I didnt get parking informtion till the day before and they didnt have enough spots to cover the rooms. There is nomention of having to pay hourly valet or park offsite on the listing or that you have to resreserve parking separately when they"remember to send the reservation appoin**ent" that was the worst part. You dont get a clear choice in the room you recieve. We had a low bed and i chose a suit with the regular height beds. the Tv functions in the living room and bedrooms were not signed into before we got there. I sent for help on this issue and the maintenance worker did not know how to fix it or speak English ( miami). The jacuzzi that is displayed in the room didnt work. It actually malfunctioned and caused a leak in the restroom. A maintenence person was called to flip the el tric box to.turn it off. So we couldn't use the tub in our luxury suite. There was paper towel residue all over the appliances. There were water stains on the coffee table. There is a huge open window next to the kitchen with no curtain or shade so you are completely exposed in the kitchen. The size of the 2 bedroom suite is great. The view is awesome 👌. The person who checked us in was over worked but still very pleasant i think her name was Debbie young girl but so nice and helpful. There were alot of issues but when you asked for help they did try to help and were very cordial about it so we appreciated that

Beautiful apar**ent with a great view of downtown, very spacious for our family of 4 and kids loved the pool. We walked to whole foods which was a nice break from eating out. Easy check in/out & quick response from Kat for any questions

This was a great stay. Will be back. For further notice just don’t bring a car. There’s no parking; only valet which restarts every time you leave. Which just means there will be unnecessary money spent. Other than that , you’ll love everything. Area is more of the new wave of people, with everything you need. Room floor/carpet could use some new furnishing but I loved it, wanted to stay longer.

The shower made a humming noise constantly. Made complaints nothing was done. Also there was construction across the street lots of noise in the morning not happy. I’m unable to load videos of the noise in the bathroom.
