Wow, where do I start? They took over 2 hours to bring towels and toilet paper after repeatedly telling me they were on their way. There was a hidden $900 hold that they charged me but when I questioned them as to why it wasn’t on their site , everybody played dumb. No Netflix. They only had basic cable and that wasn’t even working. Channels were freezing, no sound, never sent the mini fridge menu up. I will not be staying here again.
