Check in was seamless. Had to call for shower robe and slippers, which should have already been available for use. Room was not equip with standard of a suppose 5 star hotel. Standard toiletries were not available and there was not enough towels initially provided on the stay. Additional towels were requested and did not arrive, they had to be rerequested the next morning. Room was not cleaned despite having left at an early hour and no signage of do not disturb was posted. Positive - well equip gym, modern facilities and convenient location.

Wow, where do I start? They took over 2 hours to bring towels and toilet paper after repeatedly telling me they were on their way. There was a hidden $900 hold that they charged me but when I questioned them as to why it wasn’t on their site , everybody played dumb. No Netflix. They only had basic cable and that wasn’t even working. Channels were freezing, no sound, never sent the mini fridge menu up. I will not be staying here again.

The property put a 700.00 USD hold on my card for incidentals and yet charged my carded everytime I signed for something. Aren't they supppsed to hold the charges and debit them against the hold amount? Seems like a double dip to me.

Our room was filthy from the start of the trip as well as a broken toilet seat and loose outlets and stained up chairs. Definitely did not give off the “5 star” feel.

The entire front driveway was blocked so our Uber had to drop us in the middle of the street. Friday night check in and told the bar was open. Turned away and told they were closed…at 9 pm on a Friday. Privacy curtain was broken and wouldn’t close…pretty major when your door is made of glass. The big lamp was laying on top of the bed. Told the guy at the desk and he completely ignored us. Oh and you had to take 2 different elevators to get to the room. 2nd one was so sketchy that we thought we weren’t at the same hotel.

Not good for the price we paid. Please do not eat in the restaurant at the hotel. The food is terrible. The room wasn’t reqdy on time.

Was a nice area but the hotel room need cleaning there was lots of fixtures that was lose and the bathroom was designed very very poorly lots more to say but that’s just in a nutshell.

Great location. Front desk staff friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping a disaster. Left garbage in the room, never cleaned the bathroom, torn comforter, literally just made the beds. Expect allot more from this property
