We spent a lively weekend here for my sons 30th birthday with all the family , it is a beautiful location and is very well equipped , the hot tub and games was great fun , we spent all out time in the garden as the weather was so nice , was great having a bathroom for each room also , we had Sunday roast at the bridge inn which was fantastic , will definitely return as one of the best we have been to

We loved this house - a real away-from-it-all place and perfect for an extended family weekend. Thank you for the welcome pack and especially the coffee roasted freshly for us that morning! The house is very well equipped, warm and cosy and the hosts were quick to respond to (small) issues during our stay. It’s set in a beautiful area, great for walking and near to Hay on Wye and various castles. We packed a lot into a long weekend but would love to go back for a longer stay and explore more of the area.

Went for my 60th Birthday with grown up children. We all loved it. Great cottage, size, facilities, bedrooms, comfort, well equipped. Could not fault it. All enjoyed the hot tub. Was left a welcome basket, eggs, coffee and milk and a birthday card- really thoughtful. Walked the Cats Ridge from the cottage. All enjoyed, stopped at the Bulls Head (lovely pub) 4 1/2 hr walk on the way back- total 6 1/2( an hour at the pub) walked back ( 1 hr) along the quiet country roads. Local pub lovely, just had drinks there. Highly recommend we all loved it. Great value.

We loved our fortnight at Bridge Farmhouse. It was sooo relaxing and the house and countryside were just beautiful. Glyn and Gisella made us so very welcome, accommodating us, our two dogs and my family who visited for the middle weekend of our holiday. The coffee roastery and distillery were magical and we had a blast at the gin making experience - and are so proud of our creation! We cannot recommend this self catering property more highly, it’s so fabulous we have immediately booked to return next year.
