This property is absolutely stunning with a wonderful view and friendly staff! We stayed in the cave room which was an absolute dream and enjoyed the pool for as long as possible. The staff were so kind, the food was incredible and the room was clean and comfortable.

2 night Honeymoon suite:Room’s switch controls didn’t work.Ac, pool heating system didn’t work.Booked suite for honeymoon, paid 800 euros.Highly disappointing.Won’t recommend.Save money.Hotel staff didn’t care regarding any issues.

This place looked amazing on the pictures. I thought it was a great back up to the hotel I originally planned to book (Cavo Tagoo Mykonos). We were picked up from the port (coming in from Santorini) in a dirty vehicle. We let that go, as we were hopeful for the hotel. When we arrived, they provided a welcome drink. From there they took us to our room. The room was NOT as advertised. The on site gym is a joke also. They strategically angled their photos online. There was a chicken coup behind our bedroom and no ocean view. The cave pool did not appear clean. Our A/C was not working and read almost 80 degrees in Fahrenheit for the hour we were there. They attempted to have someone fix the A/C but it was still not working. They offered a portable A/C which was not acceptable for the almost $3,000 USD we paid for our stay. We asked to speak to the Manager for a refund, as we planned to stay elsewhere and he REFUSED to get on the phone with us at first. Hours later.....after we left, we received a call from the Manager. He refused to give us even a partial refund although we did not stay at the room more than an hour. He was very rude and unhelpful. I would take your money and spend it elsewhere!! DO NOT stay here.

This place was absolutely terrible. They scam you with the pictures online, you pull up and there are building full of Graffiti on your path there and the car that you pay to have pick you up is old and dirty. The view is not the ocean, but, rather chickens and construction. We booked the top suite, that was $1500 a night and when we arrived the room was not up to standard and the AC wasn’t working. They sent someone to fix it, and it didn’t get better. The offered portable AC, which is an unacceptable solution in those temperatures and at that price. The chair in the room was filthy, and there was hair on the floor. The manager was wholly unhelpful, he wanted us to wait 4 hours to speak to him, leaving the poor girl at the front desk to deal with three upset travelers. We were requesting our money back and we wanted to go to a new location, they offered not even a partial refund. We still left as the property was just unacceptable. Do not stay here, terrible location, unhelpful management and the room is falsely advertised with facilities that do not even work.

I rent there for few days ,very nice staff and professional service , they try their best to help ,I rent suite nr:2 was good condition for one couple ,you get swimming Pool private and little suite ,but worthed for money you pay ,highly recommend,will be back soon

Worst Place ever … the owners are beyond any respect to the guest !! They are yelling at the staff and even at each other while the guest are around. Very very unprofessional!! They are hanging around and are too arrogant to say hello. They should never run a place like this and they don‘t understand the hospitality business 🙏

Poor management, they ignore all contact when there’s a problem and will steal your money. They also over charge you on minibar items and when checking out it’s not itemised so they can’t tell you what you had… The hotel is nice but you can 100% get better value for money elsewhere !

Do not recommend at all! Dirty, asked staff to fix issues in the room with no result or compensation, below par service, not impressed! For the price there’s so many better places to stay. A little bit disappointing considering it could have been a great place

When we first checked in to our room the spa was dirty and the electronics of the room were malfunctioning which meant no aircon and the blinds including in the bathroom couldn’t be used so as soon as the sun was up we were up and therefore no privacy. We informed reception and they said someone was coming to fix it. After 2 days of us complaining about multiple faults in the room we were then offered to change rooms. We moved everything from the minibar to fill the fridge with our own consumables in doing this the WHOLE entire mini bar was charged to us Despite all the original consumables from the mini bar still being in the room. We didn’t notice we had been charged until after we had paid and checked out as they didn’t provide an itemised invoice.We were then told that the incorrectly charged items would be refunded. Not once did we receive any updates in regards to the processing of the refund so we had to make multiple attempts to contact them via email which were ignored so phone calls were then made to which we were continuously fed excuse upon excuse. 6 weeks since as still no refund. The professionalism and customer service received when problems arrive is very poor for a 4 star hotel. Location is good just out of town approx 15mins (very steep incline on the way home though). Recommend to hire ATVs to get around as it’s much more convenient and good value to money as transfers are expensive. The rooms were spacious and had good views of the sunset. The knowledge from the staff regarding local spots was good while we were there. Room service and Daily breakfast delivered to your room was delicious and so were the cocktails made by Maria! One day the breakfast wasn’t cleared from our room and therefore sat for over 24 hours. All the staff were friendly during our stay. The driver that completed the transfers from the airport and to local destinations was very punctual and professional.

We stayed here in September 2022. The spa was dirty, the blinds were broken (so we had to shower and sleep with them up), the PowerPoints were also broken. We were declined a room upgrade and advised someone would be coming to fix it. To top it off, on check-out we were not shown a invoice prior to payment, we then requested a copy of the invoice after to which we found they had charged us $350 for the WHOLE mini bar when we didn’t have anything from the mini bar. Lefteris the manager confirmed we would get a refund for it however for 5 weeks post holiday, he and his team have been ignoring our multiple emails and phone calls chasing this up. Still no re-imbursement for the money they stole from us. All in all, I would never stay at this place again or recommend to any of my family or friends. Absolute fraud of a place.

Beautiful accommodation, friendly and helpful staff, amazing outlook over the private pool to the Aegean sea, walking distance to the old town and the best breakfasts to set you up for the day!

If you are staying at this suite, the only amenity is the jacuzzi in the room. This hotel does not have a pool. Only at the private suites. The breakfast was good the staff at the front desk was very attentive.

Very private Suites. They have a very small area to eat at second floor. The only ammenity they have is inside the room, not outside like other hotels. The breakfast was good. It was the only hotel that charge us for bottled water. The private pool is not heated, so I didn't use it at night. Overall is beautiful you get to see a beautiful sunset from your room/pool but for me it was not worth for the price. Only One of the staff was not very friendly like EVERY person at the Island.

Service was terrible, Staff were rude, laughed in our faces when asked about our “complimentary spa service” Maids were miserable, never smiled, said hello, barely cleaned our rooms; we were told they cleaned every time we left the room. This was untrue. Staff did not recommend places to Go, we had to do our own research. The “infinite” pool stopped working on day 2. They did not fix it until day 4, so it stayed dirty, as was the hot tub, it was filthy.
