Looks great and rooms and public areas are nicely decorated. However the walls of the rooms are very thin, when your neighbor closes the door you sit straight in your bed. Staff is nice but some essential services are missing: no gym of fitness room (‘will be coming??”), no room service from the restaurant. Restaurant very overpriced for meals that vary in quality. Definitely more variety and better price quality balance is needed. The hotel is on a highway so ask for rooms on the other side otherwise it can be noisy. All in all mixed experience. Van der Valk could improve on several aspects.

我和妻子和成年兒子一起去了3.3.-4.3.2023 共2間已經預付信用卡的房間在到達時,一個顯然過度要求的接待員要求我們付現金,因爲信用卡結的事不起作用。而且請因爲自己的信用卡機不行。因爲我們非常急忙,我們子剛出生在羅特丹,我們付了錢。兩週後,我的信用卡被了2x!!!!大批抗議後,償了費用,但沒有現金付款,我已經與酒店管理局交流了兩個月了。雖然報錯書面承認,付款承諾,但每次新藉口都會延遲轉移,所以產生了印象,有人想我,直到我心放棄。但我不會!我的報告應該是警告,不要說服當地有疑問的付款。顯然,沒有能力的員工,沒有願意解決客戶友好的問題,現在我把這一切交給律師。

I stayed at the hotel between 29/06-04/07 for a business trip. The location is very nice and next to some wonderful walking areas. The room was small but nice and I liked the minimalist style. The personnel were very helpful with a strong professional attitude and made my stay very pleasant. I want to thank them all and especially the front desk employees Max and Alysha! For sure I recommend it to others and will choose it again for possible reservations in the future.

Just for the night, the rooms are more than enough. Coffee/tea with stroopwafels and still water were provided in the room. Bed was excellent. Nice view of Delft from the 9th floor. Decent breakfast..

Super leuk en gezellig hotel op een geweldige plek. Wij hadden de kamer met een trap naar een 'zolder' kamer. Super leuk!

最近,我們在Vlaardingen的Delta酒店住了一晚。我們預訂了帶陽台的船長套房,這是一個不錯的,光線充足的房間,因爲有很多窗戶,有很多空間,在Nieuwe Waterweg上可以看到美麗的景色。一個小點是高枕頭。提前我們期待着早餐,在我們2019年的最後一次入住期間,我們享受了大量不同種類的食物,可以選擇和高質量的食物。然而,這次不同:早餐從平均質量,從食物到選擇的數量非常非常減少,與我們在2019年的早餐體驗相比,非常非常少。遺憾的是,有一件事沒有改變,那就是價格。目前的價格絕對是高提供的早餐。

環境很好，很乾凈，就在火車站旁邊，酒店員工很nice，比較吐槽的就是沒有熱水壺，不過歐洲酒店基本沒熱水壺

We booked the Comfort Deluxe room and it worked out well. This room had a shower only which was what we wanted. The room was modern and well laid out. It was very clean except that the floors were pretty dusty. The hotel was easy to get to off of the expressway. The free parking was the biggest bonus of this hotel and the main reason we chose it. This definitely feels like a business persons hotel. Every time we came through the lobby there were a lot of very professionally dressed people. We were there during the week so it might be different on the weekends. We definitely stood out as tourists.

Mooie ruime kamer, gastvrij ontvangst aan receptie en volop keuze bij het ontbijt. Zeker een aanrader!

在工作前短暫停留新冠隔離。前台非常熱情,乾淨,火熱,工作人員友好。房間很乾淨,超過適合隔離一週。當我被束縛在房間本身時,我不得不依靠向工作人員詢問事情!手上是鮑伊。可愛的年輕人迅速回復了我的請求,做不到足夠的幫助。我沒有旅行適配器,最初接待人員說他們沒有。然而,鮑伊竭盡全力找到我,知道保持手機充電有多重要。如果他留在酒店行業,他會做得很好。我只能說太多了,因爲直到該走了才離開房間!非常感謝。
