很便宜的一天住宿仍然不知道為什麼他們在我已經付款了所有費用並確保我之後向我收取 20 美元 離開前打掃乾淨。

The room - 2 queen beds—was clean. The walls are like paper. Next room over played music loud and were very noisy up until about 1:30 am. Probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the lack of soundproofing. You can hear the next room conversations, toilet flushing and everything else through the walls. Stayed two nights and had enough.

The HVAC system in our room was horrible. Themostat was off by 10 degrees. If we turned the heat on it ran constantly even when we had it at the lowest setting. Also, breakfast was lame and constantly out of food. Worse than any of the competitors.

I had called ahead to confirm the prperty was "pet friendly and was told there was a nightly fee which I have found to be a pretty standard fee at other places I have stayed. I was shocked and surprised to receive a receipt showing I had been charged 3 times what I was quoted for one night! Not what I would call pet friendly! More like hwy robbery. I expect this fee is like so many add ons, just pure profit since I was required to sign off and as usual stay in a first floor room that is normally used for pet owners. could have boarded my 30# well behave pup for half what I was charged. Manager was no help, expected me to know who I spoke to and that I signed the pet policy which I did not get a copy of. I would not have stayed there had I been quoted what I was charged, nearly doubled the cost of my stay.

Great service, especially the cleaning staff. We loved the pool. Breakfast had styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery, so that brought down the eco friendliness score. Overall, excellent stay for the price and a wonderful location!

The front desk staff on Saturday at check in and Sunday morning were both exceptional. I wish I would have gotten their names. You just do not find two like that anymore. The breakfast crew and housekeepers were also very friendly and courteous. Thank you all

All the was fine overall with our stay; good bedding, good breakfast, clean facilities. Heat in room was quite warm. Only slight issue: We had to wait a while (15 minutes?) in an empty lobby to check in. A sign said staff was helping elsewhere. When staff member finally arrived, though, she was extremely pleasant and efficient.

The front desk staff provided an outstanding customer service! The quality and quantity of information about the area (dining options, directions to the shops, et cetera) was only surpassed by her excellent attitude, kindness and predisposition to help.

It was very quiet even with the highway close by. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast was very good. And we would get a starbucks and walk the trail near by to start our day.
