西麥迪遜/米德爾頓希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Madison West/Middleton)

Uncontrolled barking dogs in guest room for hours well into the night and staff seemingly could’ve cared less for multiple guests that couldn’t sleep as a result of it. I’ll never ever stay at any Hilton Garden again.

Recently stayed staff at check in and first day were amazing. Super friendly and accommodating. Front desk attendant at check out was not at all. We were given breakfast vouchers if we signed up for Hilton honors program. We ate the breakfast attendant asked and we said we have the vouchers but she never asked to see them. We threw everything away and were outside of the hotel loading our car. This is when they came out to our vehicle and demanded we give the vouchers which would have been no problem 15 mins before when they asked if we had them and we said yes but never needed to see them. The front desk attendant told us finally it was their mistake and no worries only for us to get a hour down the road and have a new invoice emailed to us showing they charged my card for the breakfasts anyway.

On the plus side, we were able to check in early (1:30) before visiting family. On the negative side, even though the room rate was about $140, breakfast was not included. We went to nearby McDonald's instead. Room was comfortable, but only comparable to many other places we've stayed. Not sure why it merits being more expensive than others.

The room was great, but the breakfast for what it was should have been FREE. I challenge the management to choke down one of those waffles. Cardboard with imitation maple syrup poured on it would have tasted as good. The competition has an equal breakfast buffet free.

Well-maintained property with nice clean rooms. Convenient restaurant and bar. Many other restaurants close by. Front desk staff could be more attentive, but no problems at checkin.

Overall very nice hotel for an affordable price. Only suggestion I have is updating some of the hotel aesthetics and maybe offering free breakfast.

Friendly staff, comforter didn’t breathe - like plastic. VERY weird stain in tub; chose not to shower.

Usually I love staying here, but this time they charged my card upon leaving for a full nights stay and my bank reported it as fraud and I had to be issued a new card. Incredibly frustrating. The girl who I spoke to when I called was incredibly rude and not helpful.

My husband and I stayed for three nights. The room(king) was spacious and clean. Front desk was so courteous and paid attentionto any needs. When we go back to Madison, we plan on utilizing this hotel
