米德爾敦酒店(Inn at Middletown)

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. There was a layer of dust on all the lamps, baseboards, alarm clock, etc. Stayed two nights and our room was not serviced so had to ask for clean towels and more toiletries. Good location- Wesleyan and restaurants definitely within walking distance.

First it’s important to note that the staff are wonderful and trying to do their best, but amenities you pay for and expect are lacking - or they were on our stay. Neither the pool or hot tub were working, and we weren’t informed about this on arrival. We had to discover it. There wasn’t even a towel by the cold pool. One of the exercise treadmills wasn’t working, and again no signage was present. Tea was available in the lobby but no hot water. (One of the very nice restaurant staff gave me a teapot of hot water to bring to our room.) Our tv remote wasn’t working, and after the front desk staff attempted to get it to work (he was great), the staff member concluded we didn’t have the correct remote. Lots of little details and attention to the property would have made this a great stay; however in the end, we were very disappointed.

Great place for my business trip. Great location downtown near restaurants. I stayed at hotel for dinner in the Pub/restaurant. Food was good and service excellent.

Our stay went beyond our expectations! The room was clean and very comfortable. The Tavern had excellent food and Brian was the best ever bartender. Even without staff he kept his spirits up and set the pace for a fun night. Breakfast the next morning also gets an A+

Good stay at inn located right in Middletown. Very clean, comfortable updated room. Location perfect for visit with grandchild attending Wesleyan Univ. Good restaurants close by. Will stay again.

Parking is on street (paid during day but free at night) or free but a bit far away and not directly adjacent. Hotel amenities are all good but staff is inattentive or even not present often at front desk, did not facilitate request for adjoining rooms until second request. Seemed understaffed and disinterested. Good location for walking to restaurants.

Very nice rooms, bed, pool, valet parking. Charming Hotel!!

We stayed at the Inn at Middletown because my kids were visiting Wesleyan University. It was comfortable and clean--and in close proximity to the campus. There is a variety of good restaurants nearby on Main Street. We would definitely stay here again.
