Homewood Suites by Hilton Newport/Middletown

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was always very helpful and polite. I highly recommend this establishment. You can tell they really care about their customer. I would definitely stay here again. Trying to find a room in downtown Newport that was nice was very expensive. This was close enough to Newport (only a few minutes away) while staying in a nice place. The breakfast was fine. Go for it, you won’t be sad.

The television remote didn't work well...the hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken...the alarm clock didn't work...the room was clean and comfortable

The staff was nice and friendly at least until checkout. They gave my my party a lot of great recommendations. But when we got to our room it was clear that the cleaners had not done a thorough job. There was hair throughout the bathroom and trash inside the drawers. Then to make it truly spectacular, half of the lights in our room went out. We had to bring a lamp from the "living room" area to light the bathroom and we had to be together if we wanted light. When we told the front desk that this happened, she just disregarded us and our issue, took our key and asked for the next guest. No sorry, nothing. I assume the next person to sleep in that room will also not have any light.

This was the perfect place to stay. It is clean, the staff is so friendly and helpful, and having a kitchen was nice. We appreciated having laundry facilities and a good workout room. The breakfast was exceptional. It was a short drive from the beach and downtown and we were able to use the money we saved on delicious meals downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Guaranteed room would be ready at 3:00. It was not. Had a wedding to get ready for. Told us to get dressed in the lobby bathroom. Ants in our bathroom. Really bad for how much they charge

Excellent service, room and amenities. We wish there had been fresh air/ ability to open windows. Otherwise, we loved it.

I like how spacious the suites are and fully stocked kitchen is great.
