米德蘭南部希爾頓星火酒店(Spark by Hilton Midland South)

Loved staying here, though they were renovating it was very clean and absolutely loved my room. Close to pretty much anything you'd and very reasonably priced!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Had I known that this hotel was basically a transient hotel that had no control of who came or went, I would not have stayed here. When I arrived there were people yelling and acting wild in the lobby talking to the desk manager. I should have known there that this would be a nightmare. The walls were paper thin, at 4am the room next to me had someone knocking on the door and speaking loudly. I opened my door to look at what was going on and a guy was standing there staring at me. When I went downstairs later for breakfast, there were chips scattered in front of my door for me to step in. I reported this to the front desk and said it was unacceptable, their response was he was not even supposed to be in the hotel. He was a guest next door and they told him he was not supposed to be here. I showed them the chips in front of the door and told them this was ridiculous, they answered we do not vacuum until 9 930 when guests wake up. There was no apology for any of the events that transpired, and it was simply implied that this was standard practice for this hotel. Do not I repeat do not stay here if you have family or want sleep.

Instalaciones convenientemente ubicado, junto a un walmart, un ihop, un dominos pizza. Y frente al I-10. El edificio lo mantienen en buenas condicines. habitaciones limpias, camas comodas y el clima funciona bien. Desayuno sencillo pero de acuerdo al precio que pagas, que se resume en: buen valor por lo que pagas. El unico detalle que tuve fue al check in, a mi me aparecia el cargo en mi banco pero la recepcionista decia que a ella no, en lo que trataba de resolverlo demoró unos 5 minutos, al final me dio habitación para no tenerme esperando, lo cual me pareció lo correcto porque después de manajar 12 horas lo que quieres es descansar... En la mañana me dijieron que todo estaba resuelto.

El único inconveniente fue el ruido de carretera .el hotel se nota que está recién remodelado y muy limpio .

No coffee maker in room, microwave did not work and animal inside ceiling chewing or scratching sounds in bathroom. Only one pillow per person, we always sleep with 2 each! Room was clean! Pool was green and could not use!!

The rooms are good and nice little breakfast in the morning. But the door on room needed the latch worked on ASAP and front desk was told after check in but nothing was done which made room not very secure when out. And also the tv service was terrible.

I was charged 25usd for early check in at noon. Then I saw people checking in at 6am. Were they charged?

Very confusing and shady front desk adding room charges and threatening guests.
