The room layout was great. I appreciate the room dividing curtain to provide some privacy for familiy members. Breakfast sandwich was delicious (when they were available). Staff was not super friendly. Room was not fully stocked and showed signs of not being cleaned thuroughly. Breakfast time was extremely busy, so staff had a hard time keeping items stocked.

Really nice and comfortable stay in Midland. Welcoming and helpful staff. Great amenities and comfortable rooms. Close to restaurants, shopping, museums and airport.

Stop by for a night for a friends birthday. Surprise how nice and clean it was for the price! Will be favoriting for the future.

On check-in, we were given a first floor room. When we went to the room , we realized we were given Room # 123, which is right next to the lobby and the breakfast area. I wanted to change the room but thought it would be too much of a hassle since the desk clerk seemed new. It ended up not being too noisy ( as we thought ) because the hotel was not very busy that night . That room also had a large visible tear in the sofa . I took a photo of it and showed it to the desk clerk later. She apologized and asked me if I wanted to change rooms, but we were already settled in, so I declined. Hence, my review is somewhat middling.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There was a tear in the couch in our room but other than that it was nice.

Cleanliness was lacking. Hair in the shower and bathroom. Trash under the bag that wasn’t removed.

The hotel is very nice and fairly new. I wish they had a better breakfast, mostly prefab breakfast sandwiches like Jimmy Dean's.
