Wir sind zum zweiten Mal in dem Hotel gewesen, ob Service oder essen, Sauberkeit alles war super.

Schönes Hotel in wunderbarer Lage nur 3 Minuten vom traumhaften Strand. Das Personal ist allgemein freundlich und kompetent. Leider sprechen viele nur Polnisch, daher ist die Verständigung schwer. Ein Nachteil sind die sher kleinen Zimmer, ohne Nachtkästschen oder einer Ablage wo man seine Brille wenigstens sicher für die Nacht verstauen kann. Ein Vorteil ist der Spa Bereich, der sauber, kompetent und freundlich geführt wird. Das Beste ist die Küche. Ein tolles Restaurent mit einer riesengroßen Bufett Auswahl an Speisen, sowohl zum Frühstück, als auch zum Abendessen. Besser und reichhaltiger als auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff.

Hotel położony w pięknym miejscu,bardzo blisko do morza.Plaża czysta. Przyjeżdżamy tu od kilkunastu lat i zawsze wracamy wypoczęci i zrelaksowani. Jedzenie urozmaicone i smaczne,Bistro Rowerek z wyjątkowym menu jak na pobliskie okolice .Pan Bartek z Bistro po prostu najlepszy w swoim fachu!Osoby witające gości na recepcji bardzo miłe i pomocne,p.Kamila,Ania oraz p.Bartek zawsze uśmiechnięci.Ratownicy w osobach p.Piotra oraz Józefa starannie i z uwagą wykonują swoją pracę,zwracają dużą uwagę na bezpieczeństwo dzieci znajdujących się w strefie basenowej.Panie kelnerki uwijają się sprawnie i również zawsze uśmiechnięte. Strefa Spa na dobrym poziomie.Przed hotelem możliwość ładowania auta przez aplikację wtyczką typu 2 (11kw) dwa stanowiska.Parking strzeżony w akceptowanych cenach(sezon niski i wysoki)

Duży obiekt w którym panuje bardzo kameralny rodzinny klimat. Dużo atrakcji pod rodziny z dziećmi. Pokój urwisa, piłkarzyki, ping pong. Dla dorosłych spa, bilard i uroczy bar z zakamarkami dla par i większych grup gości. Do dyspozycji dostaliśmy szlafroki które bardzo ułatwiają poruszanie się po obiekcie na trasie basen-pokoj. Jedzenie smaczne, duży wybór,nawet na śniadanie kucharz robi naleśniki na życzenia. Lokalizacja tuż przy plaży i lesie. Na pewno wrócimy. Polecamy

Dette er slitent hotel. Lite wellness med et rom som var knøtt lite uten noe utstyr. Ikke nattbord engang var det plass til. Spa-avdelingen bestod av en jacuzzi som var full av en mannfolkgjeng. Bassenget var fullt av hylende unger. Det var kun 1 badstue som virket i "nakenområdet" vi prøvde den og ble fulgt av en stor flokk mannfolk som trodde de var på swingers-klubb. Området rundt hotellet er ikke verdt å oppleve. Fine strender, men ingen fasiliteter. Frokosten var grei nok, men de hadde en saksofonist som taffel-musikant. Det er ikke rett instrument når folk nettopp har stått opp og vil nyte en rolig frokost. Restauranten på hotellet stenger veldig tidlig og alternativet er en pizza/pasta-restaurant rett ved siden av. Der var det både god mat og service. Her ble vi rett og slett lurt av ratingen på ********** og bilder som må være photo-shoppet. Dette hotellet er nok mest beregnet på Polske familier og det er greit nok, men det selges som noe annet.

Freundliches Personal, Einrichtung und Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

We tok a 200km drive from Germany to spend a day at this hotel. The pictures of it, and the ratings on ********** fooled us bigtime. On arrival we saw instant that this was a hotel who has seen bether days. We arrived 2 hours before check-in at 15:00 and the front desk didnt offer to check us in to use the spa or anything. We used the 2 hours to walk on the beach an visit the nearby village. The beach was fine, but didnt have any facilities. The Village was terrible. Back at the hotel, we got a room that was the smallest ever. Like a prison-cell. No facilities, no room for bedside tables or anything. No wellness here for sure. Ok - off to the spa then. It was one jacuzzi full of polish men, a little swimmingpool with noisy kids. We looked for the sauna-area, and was instructed by a staff member to get rid of all clothes and wear some kind of a sheet. No problems. Only 1 sauna was in order and the showers was crowded by young men. They where just waiting for something. When my wife and me entered the sauna, it was empty. 10 seconds after, the crowd followed like they thought yhis was a swingers club. We left immediately. After some recovering in the prison-cell, we went down to have dinner in the restaurant but it closed at 18:00........ We then had to eat at the pizza/pasta-restaurant nearby. Good food and very good service by the staff there. After a night sleep in the cell, with one lousy pillow each, we hoped for a good breakfast. Well, another suprise. They had hired a saxophonist to to play taffel-music. Which hotel in the world does that??? No one but this one. It was noisy, it was bad and we could not leave soon enough. The happiest moment was when the gate in the parking opened so we could leave.

There were spider webs next to the bed and spiders behind the curtain in our room. After we've informed the crew, they removed some of the spider webs, although there was still one of them on the ceiling lamp when we were leaving. The bathrobes were too small. Water nozzles at the swimming pool were out of order. During booking of the stay, there was no information that it's required to book spa services in advance and it was not possible to make it during the stay. At least food was very good.

Calm and nice place surrounded by the forest. Nice and helpful staff. Tasty food, and restaurant friendly for children. A good place for families with children. You can get to the beach walking through the forest.
