羅伯特港酒店(Hotel Robert's Port)

Das Zimmer gefiel uns gut. Frühstück top. Leider lag das Zimmer zum Innenhof und unter diesem war die Raucherecke. Wir als Nichtraucher fanden das eklig. Es waren Tagungen und die Geschäftsreisenden feierten und wurden mit zunehmender Nacht immer lauter, vor allem in der Raucherecke. Unsere Hoffnung, am Wochenende sind die Tagungen vorbei, wurde enttäuscht. Da wurde es noch lauter! Im Innenhof mit lauter Musik und Grill Rauch bis 3.00 Uhr wurde die Stimmung immer alkoholisierter. Getoppt wurde dies danach durch Verlegung der Feier gefühlt über unserem Zimmer! Stühle und Möbel wurden verrückt und rum gekreischt vor Freude mit Musik. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken….. warum das Hotel dies duldet verstehen wir nicht, zumal viele junge Familien mit kleinen Kindern da waren… Zimmerservice gab es vorerst keinen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns die Maßnahme mit Corona begründet. Am 3. Tage auf Anfrage wurde uns dies erläutert und endlich kam der Zimmerservice. Eigentlich müsste man da ja Preis Nachlass bekommen, wenn kein Zimmerservice ist…. Und mit Corona begründen versteht sich nicht mit den Tatsachen, Massen Leute beim Frühstück eng an den Tischen gesetzt, ohne Abstand…. Im Pool und Whirlpool alle eng und voll. Durch zeitliche Staffelungen hätte das besser organisiert sein können. Warum die Zimmer wegen Corona nicht gesäubert wurden, erschließt sich schon deshalb nicht: wir sind jetzt in einem anderen Hotel, leise und der ZimmerService kommt auch, trotz Corona, komisch. Das Personal freundlich, aber schlechte Fremdsprachenkenntnisse, kaum englisch. Frühstück super, Parkplätze trotz umliegender Flächen bei voller Auslastung des Hotels rar. Trotzdem wurden Gebühren erhoben… Ich würde es aufgrund des nächtlichen Lärmpegels nicht weiterempfehlen, woanders gibt es auch Nachtruhezeiten….

The parking was easy. The hotel is nicely situated but a little on the older side. The one restaurant I was refused service but without an explanation as the serving staff didn’t see to speak English well. The buffet was adequate in the other restaurant but wasn’t what I was looking for. I wasn’t in the mood for a mass feeding experience.

Good hotel but could be so much better! Hotel is easy to find as is well signed. The reception area isn’t very welcoming as it’s dark and brown and doubles up as a bar/lounge area which is a bit strange in hotel of this size. Staff are always helpful if not over happy. Appears that COVID hasn’t got to this part of Poland as very few people apart from the staff are masked up in the hotel. Corridors leading to the rooms are gloomy whilst the balconies don’t have any furniture to relax on. We had a one room suite with one set of doors leading to the balcony and no other windows, so a bit dark. We did however have a nice side view of the lake and the hotel’s new incomplete function building opposite. The room was comfy and functional with a/c. No issues with the bed or bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with the usual array of Polish hot and cold food. We did like the option to sit outside with the lake view. The full Polish bbq on the Saturday night with live music was also excellent. Just a shame it wasn’t repeated again during the week. Rather than use the indoor pool we opted for the outdoor facilities. We hired the kayaks, pedelos and the motor boat. These are all good value although a bit dated and should really be included in the overall price. Being close to the town we ate out in the evenings and found some decent places to eat around the central area. Overall a 6 out of ten hotel which has a great lake frontage but needs some TLC to improve.

Byliśmy z wnuczkami w ostatni tydzień sierpnia 2021 r. (7 nocy). Ocena 5 - położenie, widoki, obiadokolacje (duży wybór plus codziennie ryba), klimatyzacja i sejf w pokoju, Ocena 4-4,5 - animacje dla maluchów, sala kinowa, pomocny i miły personel, Ocena 2 - 3 - pokój ze starymi odrapanymi meblami, brudnymi zasłonami, zaplamionymi ścianami, zagrzybionymi lekko fugami w brodziku, bardzo brudny i zakurzony wentylator łazienkowy. Mały basenik, nawet 1 kiełbaski nie było gratis na grillach!!! Ocena 1 - przy check in mówią że posiłki w 2 restauracjach a faktycznie tylko w jednej (tłok, ścisk brak organizacji), no i psy w restauracji!!! . Nic nie mam do czworonogów w hotelu ale w restauracji z dziesiątkami dzieci to gruba przesada. Ogólnie powiedzmy OK ale za 5 300 zł mogło być lepiej.

Abstenerse huéspedes sin hijos. És un hotel catalogado de 4 estrellas que según mi opinión alcanza condificultad las tres, con habitaciones muy limitadas, y ambiente ruidoso y desapacible. Desayuno en bufet para olvidar. Alejadísimo del centro de la ciudad.

Spędziłem w tym miejscu jedną noc z dziećmi.Hotel bardziej przypomina ośrodek wczasowy czy pensjonat,zarówno pod względem pokoi jak i obsługi(głównie młodzież średnio zorientowana ).Cena powala jak za warunki jest wręcz nieadekwatna.Na plus basen z saunami i bliskość jeziora.Śniadanie podzielone na pokoje i i takj jest problem ze znalezieniem stolika.Jedzenie ok szkoda ,że w krainie jezior na śniadaniu jedyną rybą był paprykarz.Raczej tam nie wrócę szkoda kasy.Covid tam nie istnieje jedynie pracownicy mają maseczki.Dystans na śniadaniu raczej nie .Wszystko nakładane tą samą łyżką.Niby blisko Mikołąjek ,ale raczej nie na spacer z dziećmi ok 5 km.
