米蘭麗笙藍標酒店(Radisson Blu Hotel, Milan)

Old and run down, spartan room with clogged sink and dirty shower.

Sono arrivato in hotel nel pomeriggio del 25 maggio e a distanza di poco mi sono reso conto che sul piatto della doccia era presente un asciugamano usato… almeno un asciugamano da viso non era stato sostituito e il water non presentava la fascia di igienizzazione. Avvisata la reception arriva dopo mezz’ora un addetto che, gentilmente, decide alla fine di cambiare tutti gli asciugamani. Provvede anche ad igienizzare il bagno ed a lavare a terra. Il tutto mi impedisce di fare la doccia. Scesa alla reception faccio presente che la camera evidentemente non era stata ben pulita perché anche i comodini erano impolverati (passando il dito rimaneva la polvere attaccata). Al momento del check out stamattina mi chiedono come fosse andato il soggiorno… faccio presente le stesse cose e mi rispondono che erano a conoscenza del problema. Ovviamente il costo è stato esattamente quello stabilito senza togliere neanche il garage o la decina di euro delle due coca cola prese al bar come segno di orientamento al cliente. Tralascio che non esistono istruzioni sul Wi-Fi e sul funzionamento della tv (10 minuti per capire come riuscire a visualizzare un canale).

Avons séjourné 2 nuits , personnel très agréable , petit déjeuner copieux . La chambre assez confortable ; Gros point noir : les conduits et tuyauterie ne sont pas entretenus. À peine nous avons fait couler de l’eau ( douche robinets baignoire ) une odeur insoutenable était présente , juste avant de dormir c’est loin d’être top , cela a gâché nos nuits car cela était vraiment très désagréable. L’hôtel reste très propre cependant . Est assez loin du centre , compter 30 min de tram .

Let’s start with that we had an electric car that can be charged at the hotel . They have tesla charger which makes it faster . Also the hotel has a gym with lot of machines and also nice swimming pool plus two different kind of saunas. ===================================== On top of that the FRONT DESK manager RAFFAELE is the best , I travel a lot and didn’t encounter such an amazing hospitality and professionally like him. His team is lovely and helpful at any time . Lest say that the following front desk team is one of the best I’ve ever seen .🔥 MARCO, FEDERICA, CLARA, CATERINA , SILVIA , TIZIANA, ALESSANDRO, THOMAS and ISMA thank you all ! ================================= Also the dinning room has big variety of food at breakfast . You can choose from a menu and also there are fresh squeezed juice plus you have also nice buffet . In total it one of the best vacation that you can have especially in a big city like Milan . You do not want to miss it !!

The hotel is amazing , it has a public transport near by that can take you to the city center easily, so around less than 30 minutes you can be at the duomo. But the most important thing and this is the reason why I keep coming to that hotel is the RECEPTION STUFF ❤️❤️ The front desk manager raffele and his lovely and professional team : 🤩Clara, Marko , Frederica, Katerina, sylvia,tisiana , Alessandro , Thomas, isma. Let’s say that when I come to this hotel I feel like I am coming home , so if you like to feel like home in the big city , this the place for you!🔥 The hotel has also nice spa with a pool and a fantastic gym. Also the dinning room is lovely with aline that helps you any time with a smile😉

Hello every one and hope you are doing well. i want to share my review with you but maybe is a long review . i travel to milan with my family on 21 of March.before travel because our travel plan was for 15 nights,we decided to book a apartment from Airbnb with lower cost .I arrived 10 pm and we went to the Airbnb location and it was 180 degree diffrent with photos and details.on the beds was many hair and etc.... i didnt know what should i do in this case in a foreign country with my wife and 2 kids.i tried to find a hotel for 1 night to stay and after i think about the soloution. I found radison blu hotel milan and i had a experience with radison blu hotel before and i booked 1 night and we went there. The guy asked me why you are depressed ?and i explaind for him what happened. He told o worries go and take a rest and tomorrow come and talk with supervisor and he will help you . Tomorrow morning i came to reception and explaind what happened and i want to stay 14 nights more.They talked with mr Marcho who was supervisor .they gave me a best offer with two room include breakfast ,withe a best parking offer and late checkout for the last day . i was surprised and now i dont know how i can appriciate them because i was in a bad situation. i lost my money in Airbnb but with the radison blu hotel milan and their staff i forgot every thing. The rooms were so clean ,big size .Staff were so friendlyevery where in hotel .From security to managment.In recepetion Mrs Fredrica was so helpful and nice and helped me very much .breakfast was excellent and perfect but it was the same all day .I cant remeber the guy name in resturan but he was so nice and on easter gave a gift to my kids. Hotel facilities were perfect like gym,pool and bar. i wish this long review help you to find a nice hotel in milan like radison blu hotel milan . Personale professionale e gentile; camera pulita con strutture funzionanti. Colazione ottima e ben presentata costo intonato con quanto sopra. Non ultimo in una città ove parcheggiare e’ un incubo un grande parcheggio. Esperienza positiva, ci torneremo
