席納格雷酒店(Sina The Gray)

Fantastic location & service. Amazing team that took care of all my needs. From booking restaurants to best ways to travel to recommending best places to get them special groceries to bring home. Felt super comfortable staying at the gray. Keep up the good work!

El staff es muy amable pero no es un hotel de 5 estrellas como dicen, parece motel. La regadera no tiene nada de presión, la decoración no es bonita. La ubicación es buena. El gimnasio no está ahí sino en el otro hotel y abre a las 10am, muy tarde si quieres aprovechar el día. Tuve que pagar 50euros por entrar a un gimnasio independiente.

Di ritorno al Sina The Gray dopo un anno per visitare le mostre di Goya, El Greco e *****i, ritroviamo la stessa calorosa accoglienza. Stessa atmosfera raffinata, stessa camera: una bellissima junior Suite con vista su Via San Raffaele. Uno splendido quanto discreto boutique hotel nei pressi del Duomo, sempre elegante e sempre Sina: inconfondibile!

La mia recensione riguarda unicamente la Terrazza Aria e mi chiedo.. Ma non vi vergognate? Comprendo che trattasi di un hotel in centro a Milano ma non é accettabile pagare 10€ una bottiglia d’acqua. Vivo a Milano e viaggio molto, nemmeno in ristoranti stellati mi é capitato di pagare un acqua San Benedetto a 10€. Il cliente non paga solamente il prodotto ma anche il servizio il quale é stato inesistente. Sono stata con il mio compagno nel mese di ottobre per un aperitivo e, alla luce di quanto sopra giustifico i motivi per il quale ritengo indignante un prezzo del genere. La location: vista cemento. L’atmosfera: 3 tavoli occupati alle 19.30 di venerdì (avrei dovuto giá capire ci fosse qualcosa che non andava), bicchieri ikea, menu stampato su semplice foglio bianco A4 con elencato massimo 8 cocktail, tra i miseri stuzzichini crocchette di pollo fredde. Ho manifestato quanto fossi sbalordita in cassa ed il receptionist nella hall ha provato a mediare con il barista chiedendo di poter offrire gentilmente la bottiglia d’acqua ma quest’ultimo il ha risposto con un “no” categorico. Ho richiesto di lasciarmi scontrino esplicativo e forzatamente ho ricevuto una fotocopia.. Forse non é la prima volta che succede? Ovviamente non ci metterò piú piede ma penso che vada fermata questa speculazione.

Hotel estupendamente situado, muy agradable y familiar, y ademas muy amables, en particular Ricardo en recepción que nos ayudo, explicó y soluciono todo lo que le pedimos eficientemente. Es la persona que siempre querrías encontrar en un hotel.

The location of the Hotel is just perfect - in a heart of Milano. Duomo of Milano and all sort of shops and restaurants are just walking distance away. The atmosphere in the Hotel is unforgettable - you can feel the history of the city in this building, and enjoy the modern approach with everything what is needed for comfortable stay. Perfect service.

Stayed at the Sina Gray twice. Very friendly and helpful staff overall. Service is prompt and they are very helpful with recommendations and directions. They remember your name and greet you accordingly. Great location near all the sights within walking distance. The Duomo is up the street and the Victor Emanuel mall around the corner. If you want to attend the opera, the Scala is also a simple walk. I had numerous food options at all price ranges from Burger King to Savini a fancy restaurant with an excellent eggplant pasta! The cheese they use is awesome! Had it three times! There is a gelato shop at the end of the hotel’s street too. My first room was comfortable with a bathtub next to the bed and a separate shower. My 2nd room was even better with a circular tub in the bathroom, double sink and separate shower. I had a nice view of the Victor Emmanuel mall, nice for people watching. I had some noisy people next door who wouldn’t let me sleep as they were partying in the halls but after calling the front desk, it was taken care of. The only other incident was someone at the night shift who stood at the front of the hotel entrance speaking on his cell phone ignoring that I was trying to enter the hotel but he got out of the way after I glared at him. I loved the full breakfast. Very tasty eggs and waffles made to order. The waiter was very attentive.
