艾美尼斯蓋亞綠色別墅(Aminess Gaia Green Villas)

Con mio marito è uno dei miei figli siamo stati al Green Gaia Village dal 17 al 24 agosto e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Le Ville sono arredate in modo essenziale ma funzionale e bello; sono immerse nel verde, in questo bosco meraviglioso a due passi dal mare e da vari bar e ristoranti dove si mangia benissimo. Tutte le persone dello staff con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare sono sempre state cordiali e sorridenti. Non abbiamo partecipato alle varie attività che venivano proposte perché siamo capitati in una settimana particolarmente calda, e poi perché non vedevamo l’ora di goderci il meraviglioso mare che l’isola offre, ma volendo c’era davvero da divertirsi. Abbiamo trovato tutto davvero stupendo

Sehr saubere und ruhige Anlage! Bei den hinteren Villen hört man die stark befahrene Bundesstraße ein wenig! Gutes Essen in Fußreichweite ! Schöne Strände! Preise noch nicht überteuert! Personal äußerst zuvorkommend! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr schöne Bungalow-Anlage in einem Eichenwäldchen. Sowohl die Grünanlage als auch die Bungalows sehr gepflegt. Modern und geschmackvoll und eingerichtet, Küche komplett ausgestattet. Genügend Platz auf Terrasse und im Haus. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und in den Ort. Tägliches Sportangebot direkt am Meer, das außer uns kaum jemand genutzt hat. Strand war - trotz Nebensaison - oft recht voll. Aber dafür kostenlose Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Wir waren 9 Tage da und haben es sehr genossen. Personal war superfreundlich. Wir werden die Anlage sicher weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten ein Haus mit einer Dachterrasse. Bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert: das Personal sehr freundlich, spricht Deutsch und Englisch. Der Parkplatz befand sich direkt vor dem Haus. Die Anlage war sauber und ruhig. Haus puristisch eingerichtet, aber alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir haben jeden Tag auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Der Strand befindet sich direkt vor der Anlage - 3 min. Gehzeit. In der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants. Was uns negativ aufgefallen ist, war das WLAN Netz offen und nicht geschützt ist und zudem sehr sehr schwach, genauso wie der schlechte TV-Empfang. Die Kopfkissen waren für uns zu hart, wurden aber ohne Probleme nach der ersten Nacht gegen weichere ausgetauscht. Die Häuser sind in Sichtbeton-Optik gebaut, was optisch nicht jeden anspricht und eventuell wie unsauber aussieht. Störend war auch das Rasenmähern in der Früh, obwohl eigentlich nichts zum Mähen gab. Preis-Leistung ist grenzwertig. Trotz allem haben wir einen schönen Urlaub gehabt.

There is a bridge to the island of Krk, you don't have to pay for the ferry. 4 different types of villas located in a beautiful garden close to the sea. It's quiet here, no noise. Dog friendly, close is also beach for dogs. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a terrace, and its own parking space. Take your sunbeds to the beach if you don't want to pay for them. A small town with many restaurants is about 3 minutes walk, with a nice little harbor, beautiful sunsets. The beaches are both pebbly with gradual entry into the sea, and concrete. Shop and bakery in the campsite next. I also recommend Il Cantucio restaurant for dinner. We went as a family of 5 with three children of different age. The accommodation was part of a larger complex which consists of hotel, camp site and little villas village. The accommodation was very comfortable and nicely done. We have been upgraded for free. It had roof terrace. Kids were able to play in the pool that is located at the camp site. Stay was tranquil. May it wasn't high season yet but we didn't see many people. Customer service was great, they let us check bin early. Place is next to the airport and sea. A lot of things to do around. Definitely would return.

Very nice place near the sea. The apartments were large enough, clean and well prepared. The apartment facilities were also great. The whole complex is very nicely done you feel like you're in a garden. The children's playground in the complex is also very nice. We really enjoyed our stay with the family, I highly recommend it.

Stunning location (2min walk from the sea), and situated in an incredibly green area. Amazing rooftop, fab restaurants and an outstanding service! We were there only for 3 night but enjoyed it so much that we cannot wait to come back☺️ Perfect place for recharging your batteries!

The property is exactly what is shown in the photos and description. Very clean inside and the grounds are beautiful. The villa seemed quite new and well stocked for all our needs. The stairs up to the bedrooms in Pinus were narrow and a bit tricky. The beach, marina, restaurants, shops and boardwalk area are more beautiful and closer than shown on a map.
