黃金米洛斯海灘酒店(Golden Milos Beach)

Οταν φτασαμε διαπιστωσαμε οτι μας εξαπατησαν με τον τυπο δωματιου. Ειχαμε πληρωσει Superior δωματιο και μας εδωσαν Standard. Δεν εγινε καμμια ενεργεια απο πλευρας του ξενοδοχειου, εριχναν το φταιξιμο στον συνεργατη (trip.com) που μας το εκλεισε. Και ο συνεργατης απαντησε οτι μπορουμε να φυγουμε αν θελουμε και δεν μπορει να κανει κατι. Απαραδεκτη συμπεριφορα προς τον πελατη και απο τις δυο πλευρες. Η καθαριοτητα του δωματιου πολυ ελλειπης, σεντονια δεν αλλαχτηκαν μετα απο 3 διανυκτερευσεις. Το πρωινο συμπαθητικο αλλα επαναλαμβανομενο. Πολυ ευγενικη η κοπελα του πρωινου που ειναι και στο service της παραλιας. Αν και αξιζει η τοποθεσια του ξενοδοχειου, υστερει σε πολλα απο τα υπολοιπα.

L’hôtel est moderne, très propre les chambres sont très grandes, très grand lit, coin salon, balcon, grande salle de bain. De plus n’oubliez pas de demander la clé pour avoir accès au coffre-fort , car lors de l’arrivée on oublie de vous en parlez, donc vous devez retourner à la réception de nouveau. Petit déjeuner bien et varié. Service du personnel exécrable, première fois que je vois un hôtel de cette taille avec si peu de personnel, aucune aide à la réception surtout que l’hôtel est à 30 minutes du centre de Milos. Aucun restaurant à proximité donc vous devez prendre l’autobus qui heureusement passe à 5 minutes de l’hôtel mais le dernier est à 18:00 heures, donc si vous allez souper à Milos vous devez revenir en taxi ou vous devez louer une voiture pour votre séjour, ce que nous avons fait. Le seul point positif c’est que vous descendez quelques marches et vous êtes sur la mer, par contre si vous voulez avoir accès aux chaises longues et à un parasol vous devez payer 20 euros pour chaque chaise , du vol à mon avis. Ça n’a pas été un coup de cœur malheureusement et il est catégorisé 4 étoiles .

Πήγαμε για μπάνιο και καθίσαμε αρχικά στο bar. Αν και δεν μας άρεσε από την αρχή, δυστυχώς αποφασίσαμε να κάτσουμε. Κάποια στιγμή βλέπω σε έναν χώρο πίσω από το bar να βγαίνει μαύρη λάσπη. Πηγαίνοντας για την τουαλέτα συνειδητοποιώ ότι πρέπει να ήταν λύματα, καθώς είχε και μυρωδιά. Κατεβήκαμε μετά στις ξαπλώστρες και πληρώσαμε 50€ το σετ. Ο καφές μέτριος και αγενές το προσωπικό στην παραλία με τις ξαπλώστρες. Κανένας επαγγελματισμός !!! Το μόνο θετικό είναι η εύκολη πρόσβαση. Πάλι καλά που τουλάχιστον δεν μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο.

A localização é ótima e às instalações também. Fica junto ao mar e numa ótima praia. O café da manhã é farto e bastante bom. O atendimento na recepção porém é frio e distante o que torna este o único ponto de restrição.

L’hôtel est situé face à une plage magnifique mais sans aucune ambiance, aucun repas sur place et juste un restau à proximité. Une voiture ou un scooter est indispensable. Le rapport qualité prix est excessif. Les femmes de chambre sont adorables.

No hot water after 9h30pm We stayed 4 nights not once we had hot water after 9h30pm ... The staff didnt have a clear answer about this issue They cut off the electricity on our last day stay claiming they have technical issue ( weird ) Location is good Hotel is well maintained Rooms are clean

I will begin with the positive, the beach is beautiful next to the hotel and the room was cleaned extremely well each day. Now for the not so positive, without a car getting to this property is expensive by taxi either from the port or airport. The fact that the water on the island is not drinkable, and the closest grocery store is in town they only provide 2 bottles of water for the entire trip. When I asked for more they said only on the first day. We were able to borrow 2 beach towels when we arrived and after the second day we tried to exchange them and were told you cannot. The pool on site is not swimmable as it is full of algae and not healthy to swim in. When I explained this they told me it is cleaned everyday. The water is green and and murky. The free breakfast they provide is fine for 1 night but it has no variety so when you stay for longer it becomes repetitive. I did ask for some orange juice one morning and was told it cost 5 euros. I will finish with this, being that this is called a beachfront hotel the hotel has beach chairs and umbrellas set up at the beach which you have to pay 20 euros per day if you stay at the hotel and 50 euros if you don't. There are chairs and umbrellas at the pool area but again you can't swim there. When I stay at a supposed 4 star hotel for the price I payed I expect a little more. They try and nickel and dime for everything. My suggestion is charge 10.00 more and include a few extras.

One of the employees attacked me without warning, I tried to get his name from the front desk but her partner who also works there (Xrisa) refused to bring the manager or give me her partners name for the police report as I filed charges against him. This is a very unsafe environment to stay at while these two work there and I wouldn’t recommend staying at this place. I have some pictures below of the scratches/and marks he left on me. As for the man who works there threatened that he would kill me and almost pushed me down stairs. As well as shoving his partner (Xrisa) into the doorframe. He is a very unhinged individual and needs serious mental help.

After experiencing amazing hospitality in Greece over 3 months this is the only poor review we have to note. We stayed 10 days (as we could not cancel). The upside to this accommodation is the beautiful beach in the front of the hotel. The cleaning and beach bar staff were also lovely. The beach bar provided tasty food perfect for the lunch at the beach. The downsides - The pool is green/dirty with what looks like slime on the bottom, nothing like the website pictures. We choose to not swim in it for the whole 10 days. However swimming at the beach was fantastic. - The receptionists were rude,unhelpful and unfriendly. Definitely don’t ask for a beach towel renewal more than every 4 days! - You will need a car as their is only one offsite local restaurant with food after 5pm. - The beach chairs are not included for guests ( 20 Euro) which is not like any other hotel in Greece we stayed at where it was included for questions.
