米爾頓凱恩斯西南 - 弗斯頓湖普瑞米爾酒店(Milton Keynes Sw(Furzton Lake))

The hotel was in a great location. Great price. Free car parking. Room was clean but if being fussy it needed a repaint. Food at the onsite Hungry Horse was good. The breakfast at the Premier Inn hotel was very poor. The bacon and the sausages were not cooked very well. A good weekend in Milton Keynes.

We were passing through touring the area and left Bletchley Park. Great location, really impressed with the hotel and eating arrangements -breakfast superb though didn’t need an evening meal. Only criticism and perhaps our fault for not bringing back up - no charging points for phone/iPad but the wonderful staff came to our rescue with a suitable charger! Would certainly stay there again.

The hotel was clean good parking facilities, spacious rooms, modern bathroom and all staff were friendly. Breakfast was amazing thanks to Sue & Karen. I have Coeliac disease so they cooked and served mine separately which was very reassuring. Both ladies were constantly topping up the food, making sure all tables were clean, and were both helpful and friendly.

I do love a premier inn hotel comfy beds clean rooms and amazing staff, was lovely seeing Jade’s friendly face on my stay at furzton always a pleasure to see her always smiling and willing to help, lovely lake to walk round right in the door step

Very helpful staff on arrival. Made sure our rooms were changed to be adjacent with our relatives although we hadn’t asked for this. It was an offer. Clean and warm room and easy access to restaurant. Lunch and breakfast excellent value for money. Staff all very helpful. Nice quiet hotel with view over the lake. This all made our visit extra special

Old, smelly, moldy room. Carpets sticky, basically smelt like stale urine. Just totally worn out and awful. Complained and left. Still made to pay for a night I never had. Staff totally rude, obnoxious and no idea of hospitality. Honest to god I used to like Premiere Inns, this place utterly sucks. Even the manager was nowhere to be seen and nobody knew how to find him/her. As I walked out I heard another customer complain they found a used nappy in the left in the bathroom! Horrible place.

Checking into the hotel was slow as only one person was on reception. We were asked what time we wanted breakfast which we thought was a little weird as we don’t like running on a time table. Once we went to our room, which was top floor the room was basic but clean, tiny toilet with shower. There was unfinished paint work in the room which was a little annoying. The cup was dirty and we went down to get a clean one. The view was nice overlooking the pond and water jet. After some time we went for a walk around the lake. Around 7.30pm we went for dinner (we were not asked if we wanted to book a table when we checked in). As we went into the restaurant it was very busy and no tables. Anyway we went back to our room for 30 mins and came back and got a table in the bar area, not the restaurant. We ordered our food at the bar and 20 mins our food arrived. Southern fried chicken on a sizzler with no sizzle with chips and extra onion rings.. Chicken was over cooked & hard, the sauce we had was a tiny amount ( I had to ask for some more) the service at the restaurant was good but they seemed to get annoyed asking for more sauce. Breakfast in the morning ( now we know why they ask about times) was not in the spacious restaurant but in a side room next to reception tiny and cramped people tripping over each other trying to get breakfast. Overall I would not rush back.

Always great service and great food . Love it here. Food is cheap and cheerful and the staff is amazing . Gotta mention Christine who went out of her way to accommodate us. The hotel was second to none. Comfy, clean, all the amenities and they were happy to answer any queries. All good 👍

I have stayed at the Premier Inn at Furzton before while visiting family and friends and it is in a lovely location. I stayed before in December last year and had a lovely time very clean room and lovely staff on duty. Unfortunately this time around I was a bit disappointed on the some staff and the cleanliness of the room it was not up to the high standards that you normally get that is why I enjoy staying at Premier Inns
